Apologies fot yhe delayed response. Sorry to hear you were not happy with your stay. This resort does not offer services like a hotel. Cleaning of the unit during your stay must be requested and there is an additional fee. This was shared at yhe time of booking and on the web

Aloha Howard, I am so sorry to hear about your negative experience. Construction is scheduled during the day when most guests are out and about exploring the island. However, if you are spending your days on the property, the noise can be distracting. I spoke to the management team about the call to evacuate. She apologized and said it was an error. Mahana has been under renovation since the start of covid and the project is taking longer than expected. We hope once completed you will return to Maui and give us the opportunity to serve you again. Take care and be safe.
