Okej hotel at central location. Very sound transparent. So much that I thought the neighbours where in the same room. It was like paper walls and door. I didn’t sleep much. However very nice and serviceminded staff who made the stay worthwile.

Great location great hotel with friendly staff. Don’t book a room without window it makes you feel suffocated. Good breakfast.

Fantastic service and great location
Fantastic service from the staff and great location. Due to the central location it’s rather noisy but we didn’t mind and it didn’t bother us when we were supposed to sleep. We only had two nights in Saigon so this hotel was perfect for us.

Bra hotell
Har bott här två gånger. Båda gångerna har personalen varit lika trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummen är i bra skick och frukostbuffén är jätte god.

Have a great time! The staff superb with booking of tours. Great location. Walking distance to everything worth to visit. Just a few minutes away from shopping and restaurants! Breakfast was good!

this was a good place to stay for a few nights. friendly and helpfull staff, nice breakfast, hot shower, great location! however there were ants i the room, dust under the bed way older than our stay and they did not clean/replace the plates and spoons we used the first night (stayed for 3).

Trevligt bemötande av personal på hotellet. Rena rum med det mest nödvändiga dock inget fönster i vårt rum.Bra läge till många restauranger och nöjesliv. Frukosten var helt ok, men inget märkvärdigt.Sammantaget ett prisvärt hotell.

I totally recommend my staying last minute before I head back to the village, I put a special request for breakfast since I was a vegan. They literally had my foods ready as I went to breakfast. Strongly would come back when I go visit the city

Good value for money hotel, well located in D1 in Saigon, hotel is very clean, maid service every day clean towels etc, the lady on reception desk was very helpful and pleasant. If anything the beds were a bit hard but it seemed to of fixed my sore back. I would recommend this hotel who is on a budget.

Rooms are renovated, everything in room and bathroom is new. Aircon is effective and very adjustable, you can vary it. Entire hotel is very clean, staff is always cleaning everywhere. Very good value for the price, it is as good or better than other hotels I have stayed at in HCMC which cost a lot more. Staff is very friendly and very helpful.

I had a great experience at Thien Hai Hotel. The room matched with my needs, and the staff is remarkable. Especially the smart and kind lady at the reception because she answered all my questions, questions people asked at all time I guess, but she stayed professional and patient. Also, the breakfast is well balanced. Great time in HCMC and with the super nice Vietnamese culture.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to Ben Thành market, Independence Palace, restaurants. Good breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, rooms are smaller than expected and the A/C is not adjustable.

There are no tissue boxes, no room clock, and no outlets by a table. Considering affordable room rate, those are OK. There are two water bottles in a fridge. I thought they were free. But they were charged at chehck-out. Surprise surprise! The hotel is located in a convenient area for dinning and shopping.

We picked this property because of the great reviews. It turns out the property is pretty much as described, If not better. The property is not big but has pretty much everything that we needed . The staff are very helpful. The second that our taxi arrived at the door. The doorman would come out to help us to carry all the luggage. The room size is just about right. Very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is very simple. but very fresh and tasty. We enjoyed it very much. The location is very central. Right next to a convenient store. Walking distance to all the local tourist companies and eateries. Highly recommended for laser and business travelers.
