“We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events.”

“This place worked out well with our 2 grandchildren as well as our dog. The off street parking was probably its best asset. The bathroom was newly renovated, however it was advertised as 1.5 baths but there was only 1 bath. We were also told it had a whirlpool tub but it was just a large shower.”

“This was our second time staying at this residence and it did not disappoint. The home is spacious and has all of the household appliances and amenities needed. Be mindful of parking and noise levels when booking this space as street parking is limited and there’sone neighbor who will complain if you’re playing music or talking too loudly. Great place overall and will definitely book again in the future.”

“We stayed here over a long weekend with family. The place was big enough for everyone to have their space. The neighborhood was fantastic with parks for kids close by and shops for food etc. We would definitely stay again.”

“Parking is really narrow and not convenient if you want to travel o New York , have to pay toll fee to New York . ”

“Plus side: Great location, dog friendly, and the room had a full kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Minus side: under renovation so the lobby, laundry, gym and sundries store are unavailable. Public areas are worn but usable, so it's good that they are renovating. If you're okay with that, then you'll find this a good place for your stay.”

“I absolutely love the bed. Slept like a baby mattress was so comfortable I want to know what name brand of the mattress, if you are a gourmet chef, you can cook up storm I worked all day I couldn’t do that beautiful place very quiet, respectable neighborhood I’d stay there again”

“Unit is on 2nd floor of a 4 story building. Although the unit was very clean the living room and dining area furniture was sparse and dated. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work. The “common area” entrance and stairway to the VRBO is very unappealing and in desperate need of new paint and some TLC. If you desire to be in the heart of Hoboken this is a good location. Great access to transportation and dining options.”
