“Hotellet hade egentligen allt man kunde önska sig (även om jag som icke-golfare hellre hade velat bo närmare Hanalei centrum)... däremot var hotellpersonalen (i synnerhet två kvinnor som jobbade som concierge) sanslöst arrogant och ointresserad av att hjälpa till. Min erfarenhet av att ha rest runt under fyra veckor på Hawaiiöarna är att personalen är inte särskilt serviceorienterad (till skillnad från många resmål i Europa, Asien och USA i övrigt) och trevlig. De får väl tyvärr tillräckligt...

“Great place to stay in! The apartments could do with a refurbishment but they are still spacious and well equipped. The grounds are really beautiful and have 2 nice pool areas, a gym, tennis court, beachvolleyball and BBQ areas. I recommend staying here for half the trip and the other half at poipu on the south side of the island so you get both parts of the island. If you want to go to a secluded beach I recommend googling sea lodge beach. Enjoy!”

“The property was very nice. It was just me and I loved sitting on the lanai each morning watching the sun rise. You are right across from the lookout to watch the sunset. The bed was comfy. Only downside is road noise but it knew that going into it. Great place to stay!”

“Our stay at Wailua hideaway was wonderful. It was located in a quiet neighborhood. Our hosts Lynda and David were welcoming and easily accessible. “Condo was as described. We arrived after dark and had difficulty finding the exact condo due to lack of outdoor lighting. “This was our second time staying at The Cliff's complex and we loved it. The condo is modern and has a full kitchen and lots of beach items to borrow. My son especially loved the pool area. Our favorite part is The Cliff's has a family pool and an adults-only pool which means the kids can have fun without disturbing others. We will definitely return!”

“Location was great! All instructions were helpful and accurate! Huge bathroom and spacious bedroom! We had some loud neighbors during the day!
