“This is a cottage behind the main house in one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Miami. The houses on this block are amazing and this place is no exception. It is close to many attractions, nightlife, beaches and parks. You are 2 min from publix supermarket, and minutes from the beaches. The hose is wonderful and she is on-call days and night and is extremely helpful. If you are looking to visit Miami, I highly recommend Julia and her lovely cottage.”

“Very happy with my stay . The cottage was a perfect size , very clean ,and up to date . Most importantly centrally located. Walking distance to many markets and great restaurants. The beach is 10 minutes by car. It’s a great beach and pet friendly. Also wanted to mention the grounds were beautiful and fenced in , safe for pets ! The host was great and professional. I would definitely book again!”

“This is a great location - not too far from many things to do. Neat being in the middle of the ag district. Clean and fully stocked. Perfect for what we needed. Owners were friendly on arrival and departure but left us to ourselves during our stay.”

“The Ad said, the property is close to everything? I suppose it depends on who decides what everything is. I found that for me, not a lot was close. That being said, I had a rental car, so I could drive to what I wanted. The staff was very friendly and nice, to me that's what really matters. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and I felt safe the whole time I was there. So overall I will say a nice place to stay. “This was my first Vrbo rental and overall this was a very pleasant stay. It's a great location for Little Havana which is a 5 minute walk, yet you're far enough away so noise isn't an issue. And you're close to all the main roads so getting around is easy (except for the Miami traffic). Having two bathrooms was nice and we spent several nights sitting outside in the walled in patio. The only glitch in the stay was we lost hot water Thursday night and didn't get it back before we left Saturday...
