“The check-in was effortless! The property manager had everything ready for us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Short walk to the beach, and I did not read on listing, but we also had access to their storage unit that had all the beach toys and chairs! The bed was big and comfy and there were lots of bed linens and blankets for the pullout sofa. We had a wonderful time and the price was also great!”

“We were in Port A for the sandfest. This was a perfect location. We rented a golf cart from Teas Red Golf Carts and cruised to SandFest very easily. There is a boardwalk very close to the condo for convenience to the beach. It was a great weekend!”

“This place was perfect…I had originally planned to just go by myself- as a middle school teacher, I simply wanted some peace and quiet. However, once I told my twin seniors my plans- they jumped in (along with one of their best friends) and we took off. Those memories cannot be replaced.. The little extras like laundry detergent, shampoos, soaps, pool towels, and plenty of towels were not expected, but very much appreciated! Marked this as a favorite for future excursions.”

“Everything was clean and had all we needed. Our trip was last minute with pets we felt the pet fee was the only reasonable one on the island. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 and it worked out so well for us. Host is a 12 out of 10 very attentive. Only draw back to location was being on the North side of HWY 361 which legally you cannot take a golf cart across. Some people did but you risk a $500 fine and the golf cart being taken back. So word to the wise if you stay here either forgo...

“Rummet var fint och verkade inte vara så gammalt. Däremot hittade vi en kackerlacka som sprang runt i rummet mitt i natten. Tog detta med receptionen på morgonen som skulle se vad de kunde göra åt saken. Hamptons garanti är att man får pengarna tillbaka om man inte är nöjd, vi fick 30 %. Frukosten var okej, inte mer än så. Verkar vara en typisk amerikansk frukostbuffé som lämnar en hel del att önska.”

“The unit was clean and very well equipped. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Great water pressure on shower head which means a lot to me. Very comfortable bed on master but the Murphy bed not so much, also very noisy but it ended up working for our light weight kiddos. Community was well kept, pool was clean and with nice outdoor furniture. We will definitely recommend and will be back in the future.”

“Proximity to Sandfest was wonderful!! Just walk a block and you are at entrance to buy your ticket. Condo was very large and girls loved the bed plus bunk beds in bedroom. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful! Only negatives were that husband couldn’t get TV to work and there were many rolly Polly bugs-some alive and some dead.”
