“Fantastic location and nice main lodge but it the accommodations are not fancy which is good to be aware of. The beds and bedding are simple, but clean and sufficient, matches the price point. “It was a lovely cabin maybe a bit small but most are. Its proximity to the main road was a bit challenging. Also we weren’t informed notice of the location up the hill until a few days before our trip date and by then it was too late to cancel. Furthermore if you choose this property be prepared for a winding road up the hill. Overall a pleasant experience at the property itself with spectacular views.”

“We stayed for 2 nights at the Ash Mountain Suite. It is right off the main road that goes into Sequoia National Park from Three Rivers. Very clean and nicely kept. Host was very easy to reach for questions. The view from the room was gorgeous! There were birds at the bird feeders! Awesome place to relax after a long day of hiking in the park.”

“We had a lovely time there, easy access to the river was a big plus for us. I was able to do a polar bear plunge, it was awesome! We had deer right there one morning and sat out there with our coffee watching them. I will point out though, the water pressure was very low and not much hot water, no back to back showers! Overall, happy with our stay!”

“This property meet all of our needs. The property was well-maintained. The full kitchen was stocked with everything we needed - dishes, pans, salt & pepper, incidental cooking supplies.
