“I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! “We were in town for the weekend to see our son play at Doubleday Field and this spot was perfect. We did walk everywhere! “six older guys from the Woodstock era stayed here for HOF Weekend and probably only two complaints were not enough towels/wash cloths and need more warnings at stop of the one stairwell that the ceiling is very low, i personally hit my head 4 times... but in their defense, i dont have any suggestions on how to do that unless a big sign as you get to the top step look up>????”
