“We weren't sure what to expect and gosh were we blown away! The property is so quiet and so well tended. The pool was still open, warm and the cleanest I've ever been in. Cabin was equally clean and very cozy. All items we needed to cook were already there and the beds comfortable. We look forward to coming back.”

“the event center is in the process of development, with construction workers and miscellaneous characters running about. The cabins are almost brand new (business est 2021) and they are continuing to build more cabins. The cabins all sleep 4+ people, but the interiors would be cramped for more than 2 because of the smaller appliances and plumbing installed. They utilize window AC/heater units that are really loud and located right next to the main bed...woke me up every time it kicked in!...

“We enjoyed our stay, but I do wish the place was a little cleaner. The shared bathroom (upon our arrival) had small hairs all over the sink and vanity like someone had emptied their electric shaver over it. Also, the doors to the rooms, including the shared bathroom, have no locks on them. The breakfast was very filling, and Mary (the hostess) was nice to talk to.”

“The owner was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. The house was very clean, more than enough towels/sheets/pillows, and bedding even smelled really good (bonus). The outside area was clean, well maintained, and quiet. Overall, we would certainly revisit this house and area.”

“Staff is amazing and room was ok overall. Staff alone wanted me to give it a 5 out of 5, but I have to ding them on the room. It was clean and comfortable overall, but the furniture is dated and the couch in our suite is old and had what appeared to be grease stains from someone’s head. We are not very picky people, but felt the need to put a spare sheet in the couch.
