“The location was close to the airport in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s quite far from restaurants and stores so be prepared! It was a comfortable apartment and a short drive to the airport. The owner even hooked us up with someone "KenShan Tours" to pick us up at the airport, take us to dinner, and then take us to the ferry where we stayed on Caye Caulker for the rest of the week. “The property was in a great location halfway between Belize City and the airport with a beautiful setting on the water. Unfortunately, they could not find our reservation when we first arrived. There were some power issues and we lost power a couple times, making the apartment quite hot without the AC running. Also, we found a cockroach in the kitchen. On a positive note, the unit was spacious and felt safe. The water pressure was great and the pool was relaxing. The host was very responsive...
