“Mike's place was absolutely perfect. He was so fantastic to work with. I had originally booked for a Christmas Celebration with my parents and family in Big Rapids and when my father very unexpectedly was moved into hospice, Mike was able to accommodate my request to come early on very short notice. Mike I can't thank you enough for your graciousness and such an amazing place to stay for that period of time. Thank you again.”

“Great vacation home. The house is beautiful and easily housed our children and grandchildren -18 total. We loved the pontoon boat and lake. “Everything was very clean and bright. The indoor space was large and very open. It was wonderful to sit at the outdoor dinning table and enjoy the view of the river and spacious green lawn. We enjoyed our stay while spending time with family(who also were renting nearby) to celebrate a Ferris graduation. Would love to comeback in the furture.”

“This is our second time staying at this location and we can’t say enough about how wonderful it is. We rent vrbo properties numerous times a year and this is by far the best we’ve experienced. It is immaculately clean, furnished with everything you could possibly need and even things you wouldn’t think you’d need. The hospitality shown is above and beyond any host we’ve had. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The perfect escape.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful stay. When I arrived, it was becoming clear that it was going to snow overnight and then get very very cold. I was thankful to have restaurants and grocery stores close! After stocking up for the weekend, I just stayed put, and relaxed, and really enjoyed the view of the river as I sipped tea and let the world melt away. Didn’t get to XC ski or FatBike, I was just too cozy. Maybe next time. Definitely will be a next time. This was just what I needed:)”
