“Stayed recently for 2 nights (not for the first time) and it was excellent again !!! Great staff, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good bar food and service. My only gripe is need more choice of draught Lagers (San-Miguel on draught would be awesome please !!!!) Overall 10/10 👍”

“Overall this property is excellent. Mattress for me a alittle soft but got used to it after a couple of days. Staff are excellent,helpful and cant do enough to be of service. Although they dont do breakfast as a option there's a excellent food wagon on their rear car park that does excellent breakfast and lunch options. Will definitely stay again in the near future ”

“We loved our stay at this property. It's a ground floor cottage fronting onto Morecambe bay and it is super peaceful, the views are amazing as the sea comes in and out, and the bird-watching opps are brilliant. Sparrow hawk swept through the garden, oyster catchers, plovers and others were in the bay. The cottage is lovely at a basic level so don't expect great luxury. That suited us fine. “The location was great - quiet and out of the way but easily access to local attractions. I did find the room a bit warm on arrival and had to immediately turn off the radiators and open the windows. Also, the bed was a bit too hard and uncomfortable for me but that’s personal taste. The wash basin in the bathroom was cracked and I could have done with a hand rail to get in and out of the bath but that was my own fault for not requesting an accessible room. ”

“Appartment was nicely equipped and cosy, pair this with regular cleaning and you get a nice experience. Only problem is beware of where you park!! There is no designated parking for guests, the only bays around are 2 hours maximim stay and traffix wardens are very active in the area.”

“I was very happy with my room! It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and l could hear the people next door talking as if they were in the same room, so even though the bed/bedding was very clean and comfortable l did not get any sleep, l could even hear a conversation someone was having on a phone. The property is advertised as a B&B but they do not do breakfasts. I would definitely stay again if the price was reduced slightly to accommodate not...
