We regret to hear that you did not find our Resort as a 5 starts hotel. Kindly be informed that we do provide shampoo and hair conditioner in dispensers in all rooms. Also the small toiletries are available however, upon guest’s requests as we are a green hotel and we are reducing usage of plastic. We wished that you have informed us during your stay about all your issues in order to act accordingly as the records we have show only positive feedback from your side.
