“The reception had me wait for hours before I got my room. They said they couldn't see my booking in their system and they were not willing to help me even when I showed them my booking confirmation and receipt showing that I had payed. They did not make any effort to solve the problem and after several hours my booking showed up in their system, after that I finally got my room. Really disappointed with the lack of service and willingness to give me as a guest a good welcome.”

“Its my 1st time traveling in Nigeria. I got the chance to experience the local food. Coconut rice is definitely better outside Radisson. Service was exceptional here. Server, waitress, housekeeper doing a great job without expecting anything in return. Unlike some area like warri, every service they provide, they wait for you to tip them. Maybe bathrooms need to be updated. But overall, our stay was memorable here. ”

“The hotel did not live up to Radisson Blu standard. There was no slippers or bathrobe in the room, and when I enquired they only replied that they were out of stock. Same when I asked for a shoe shine product “sorry we are out of stock”. “We paid for a suite but we’re given a superior room instead. The hotel insisted that the price that we paid wouldn’t make up for what they charge for a suite. From a customer service standpoint this was poor.
