“Wonderful experience from start to finish! The communication pre arrival was great, so that the start was very pleasant, even arriving late. We had a warm welcome and you feel, that Zuz is managing the facility, as if it was her home and the guests are her best friends. One day we had a wonderful dinner with a lot of vegetarian options. Our host made the experience exceptional. That was gorgeous. Finally we can highly recommend to stay here.”

“Perfect location in Figueretas (beach within close walking distance from both Ushuaia & Hi as well as Ibiza town. Clean and large rooms, perfect view of the sea (if you chose that option) and large deep balcony. Ok breakfast, better lunch & dinner at the restaurant. Pool ok, children's pool a bit too small / boring. Gym small, still manages to keep you somewhat in shape. All in all the best hotel in Figueretas unless you want to pay twice the amount for sud Ibiza or one in Figueretas...

“You could ask for more from the resturants in a 5 star hotel. The Music played in the reception was too high to have a conversation with the front desk staff when checking in/out and using the concierge. The location was nice.”

“I would recommend this hotel for friendliness, welcoming, location, and good value BUT the acoustics were AWFUL. Every room door bangs loudly throughout the building and voices are clearly heard on the stairs and corridors constantly. There are no lifts for the three floors.You will have to ask at reception for a blanket since only a thin sheet and a pillow are supplied. On the plus side, the breakfast is great.”
