Dear Guest, We are very sorry about your experience, we are an small hotel with only 6 rooms of the type you booked, that's why we couldn't put the rooms next to each other, and we opted to put it in the same floor. About the smell and physical marks we are working to improve our facilities every day. We are always open to answer any doubt regarding the location, size and types of rooms we have. Hope we have the opportunity to have you back and bring you a better experience.
