“The host was very organised and got back to us very quickly by email which is always so helpful. He was friendly, respectful and helpful and took the time to greet us on arrival and made sure we were comfortable and able to get into the studio. “PROPERTY FEEDBACK- 3 Banksia Street Broulee Items requiring replacement, serious attention and or immediate maintenance. This property can not be presented as pet friendly as it is lacking in security or safe haven for pets as there is no front gate, rear fencing is falling down and has large holes meaning pets can not roam the garden without constant supervision. “My husband and I had the best stay in the Red Box. The location for fishing was perfect and with the Pickled Octopus, Jane's hairdressing and coffee shop next door we didn't have to travel far. Communication with the owners was excellent and instructions easy to follow. The cottage met all of our needs and I would certainly recommend a stay here if you are venturing to this wonderful part of the world.”

“Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely.”
