“Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. Ice machine was not working as it appeared to have lost its seal causing condensation and clogging ice return. The overall of the house was good, some of the rooms had trash left behind (I would think it was cleaning crew) but most of all, the house has limited pots and pans and all are of poor quality. Burnt and scraped at the bottom which makes for unpleasant cooking. They should invest in new pots and pans since the house caters to larger parties.”

“We had a group of high school seniors and parents staying at this and other homes in the Reunion Resort area for Spring Break. It worked out very well, with this house being the one everyone gathered at for the great pool area and game room. We bought the pool heat and are glad we did.
