Bekvämt och bra.
Mysigt och bekvämt hotell på smidigt avstånd från city. Bra storlek på rummet och bekvämt område för hundägare. Kunde ha funnits ac på rummet då det blev varmt stundtals.

This is a great property. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and eat a meal. It was modern with a new bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and room was spotless…very clean. We were in Innsbruck to see the Gundolf Family Tyrollean music Show. It was a 7 min walk from apartment and a six min drive fro historic center so it’s very convient Just be prepared as the desk is not always manned. Make sure you have entry code sent to you in advance and arrange for parking if required.

Incredible stay. We felt so welcomed by the staff from the second we stepped in to the property. They communicated so efficiently with us via WhatsApp and couldn’t have done enough to make our stay amazing. The finishing touches in the rooms such as fresh coffee and utensils every day and blankets added all the more to the fantastic experience. The surprise amenities such as the gym and sauna enhanced our relaxation. They were kind enough to provide us with travel cards and give us all the information we needed to get around innsbruck and to the ski slopes. Thank you all so so much once again for a superb stay - at we cannot wait to see you again soon. We will recommend to everyone! An extra special thank you to all the staff who were so kind, helpful and welcoming.

Wonderful experience.
Immaculate hotel. Wonderful hosts, we stayed over New Year’s and found a champagne bottle waiting for us in our room in the evening. On check-in, we were given Innsbruck Welcome Cards which provide free public transportation in and around Innsbruck. Spacious, fully-equipped mini apartment (corner), complete with kitchenette and refrigerator. Convenient location near transit hub for daytrips out of Innsbruck. Supermarket 5-minute walk, train station 10-minute walk, old town 15-minute walk. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous, cozy gem not far from downtown Innsruck
Pradl Elf is an absolutely amazing place and from now on my new home base when I go to Innsbruck! Everything, from the beautiful design, cozy atmosphere, rather central and quiet location, super friendly and helpful staff (thank you for everything!), breakfast, and the gorgeous rooms is simply beautiful, well thought of, arranged with lots of detail and love, and it felt like a home away from home. And the price-quality ratio is awesome! Highly recommended!!!

Very well-equipped and clean. It has a kitchen in which to cook meals, fridge, and coffee maker in the room. The staff are very friendly and will help you out if you have questions about tourism. They even gave us an Innsbruck Welcome Card that includes free public transport.

We were greeted with a welcome prosecco at the property which was a fabulous start. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and well equipped in a lovely area of Innsbruck. We had the breakfast as well which was great for the price! Parking was easy and convenient. Would’ve stayed longer than our one night if we could have!

Great Value near the City Center
Exceptional room for a good price, and the hotel is just a short walk from the city center. I'd advise booking your parking beforehand as their lot was full when we arrived; however, there is plenty of paid street parking available in the area. The breakfast was small but there were enough options for the price.

Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt ! Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, gemütlich und mit Liebe und Detail eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann in ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof laufen. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. :)

Nice room and hotel but slightly disappointed
The hotel was beautiful, the lobby was equipped with things you may need or want for your breakfast including jams, marmalades, Nutella ect. Being an apartment, the rooms had a kitchen with dishwasher ect and a full bathroom. Disappointing however, with backpacking we went for the ‘cheaper’ room, I think roughly £/€4 give or take cheaper, we were put in room 1, by the entrance door which was noisy and disruptive on a night. Being the room on the end, i opened the curtain to be greeted to the people in the outdoor smoking area next to the entrance. This resulted in the room smelling of cigarette smoke even with the windows shut. This being alongside the patio door which was the walkway to underground storage, (the other rooms had somewhat private patio with a table and chair), meaning I was greeted to two women starting in when opening the curtains in the morning. We also asked for an early check in (around 30 minutes, after travelling long distances by train) which we were refused, and the receptionist waited until bang on 3pm to check us and an other couple in. The room itself and the hotel was beautiful, only being a 10/15 minute walk to the centre and a luxury of fresh milk provided by a farm a minutes walk away, however disappointed by the positioning of the room; a little poorly thought out.

We really enjoyed our short stay! The room was clean and very nice. The location was quite residential but still walkable, and was very quiet and peaceful. Staff members were also amazing!

Close to the city centre yet there was a farm and dairy round the back plus views of the mountains. Adequate provision for self catering plus a nice selection of Austrian wines and beers in the fridge for purchase.

Really enjoyed these cool apartments and location - everything I needed to have a great time in Innsbruck. Note that the reception is only serviced at certain times, in case you are looking to speak with someone directly about your stay. Highly recommend!
