Hi Therese, I am all over the place on the premises as I live here, perhaps our schedules just didn't match but like I do with everyone when they book, I provide my personal cellphone number so that if you need something I can come to you any time.If you had communicated you wanted you wanted your room to be cleaned at a certain time we are happy to honor that, sorry we didn't coincide for us to coordinate more smoothly. And lastly, I am sorry you're disappointed that we had no front desk person all the time, we do disclose that we don't have front desk staff at all on our page description and the message I send out when a booking is confirmed, I will make sure to add it in other places so that people don't feel like this wasn't communicated clearly or an expectation was not met when this is a service we simply don't offer.We are a small boutique hotel with only 12 rooms and a person living on site all the time, all requests for through me so we feel there's no need for a front desk person and it's worked fine for us thus far. But I appreciate your feedback and will make sure to share it with the owners.

Thank you for your comments, we don't advertise the hot tub for this reason - we are hoping to have it repaired and working again but yes, in the meantime it's neither available nor clean, we do constant maintenance on the property but you'd be surprised how quickly salt corrodes everything, but I will escalate your comments to managment for their consideration.

Greetings Brian, I personally checked you in and we were in contact during your two day stay, had you mentioned at any point the AC was noisy I would've gladly had it checked in, unfortunally that was not the case. I hope in the future when you stay at other places you give them a chance to address them so you may enjoy your stay in a better manner. Thank you for trying us, shame we were not a good fit, good luck in your endeavors.

Clearly there's been some misscomunication down the road as you will find plenty of reviews across multiple sites saying I (managment) am accomodating and will do the best to resolve your issues, the fact of the matter is we never spoke, I am sorry if you're under the impression this was the case but it's not. Regardless, I don't know that I could've met your standards, graciously, I like to say we're not a good fit, thank you for trying us,shame it didn't work out and I wish you good luck on your endeavors.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry we have trouble communicating with us, that's a first for us given that we were able to communicate with other people in your party no problem. We will definitely do our best to improve it, and I do apologize that due to a lack of communication your room didn't get cleaned, yes we did have issues on the other's people rooms because unfortunately it happens despite our best efforts stuff breaks, but we addressed it inmediately, we gave them a new clean room so they could rest for the night. I understand why you don't want to stay here again but I hope your friends will give us another chance. Kind Regards.
