“This is our second time to stay at this property. The location is perfect. Just a couple of minutes away is a little grocery store that has everything you need. And every evening a taco truck is parked there. The cottage is so cute, spotless and is well equipped. We love sitting on the front patio enjoying drinks and a meal. The street is so quiet and peaceful, it’s the perfect place to end a busy day. We are already planning our next Santa Barbara get away at Costa Vida Cottage.”

“While still being relatively close to the center of Montecito and not far from downtown Santa Barbara, the cottage was quiet and very private. Parking is also a breeze. I have a large truck that can be hard to park in other places I've stayed in SB. No issues here with parking always available right in front of the cottage. The cottage was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Pat was very quick to respond to questions. We'll definitely stay here again if we are in town.”

“A unique, fun, charming property that had lots of privacy! We enjoyed the AvoCottage so much! The mini-mini golf course was a hoot. And the setting was great, once we found it in the dark. The owner was great and responsive. I recommend to anyone looking for something different, yet has plenty of creature comforts.”

“We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful property! This location has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Well appointed cottage with all of the amenities, ten minutes to fantastic restaurants and a short drive to the beach. The owners are lovely and attentive to every detail. Comfortable bed and staff was communicative via texf and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or if anything needed to be fixed. Check in time is only at 4pm but that’s ok because the guests and I were exploring santa barbara so just plan accordingly”
