A full service, in which beds are made and the room is cleaned, is only performed every 3 days. Every other day we only offer a light service, unless you request otherwise. Also, the fees that we attempted to charge you were resort fees, which are applicable and paid by ALL guests staying with us. It includes access to parking, WIFI, continental breakfast, on-site amenities, etc.If you have any additional details or would like to discuss your experience further, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
