“For anyone who didn’t look at all the photos of this hotel, you’ll be staying in a petrol station, on the main road leading to Modica. While we could have looked through to image 25 and the satellite images, we had unfortunately not done so this time (but will be sure to do so in the future).
This was the start to a stay that left a lot to be desired. Cleaning at this supposedly 4 star property apparently does not involve ensuring that the bathroom is stocked with soap and schampoo. Neither...
“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Landolina.
The room and whole property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was lovely and a good selection. Highlight of the stay was the swimming pool, we had it to ourselves a couple of afternoons, and there is a little pool bar that they serve drinks from in the afternoon which was a nice surprise.
The owner sent us a list of local recommendations, which was very useful and all were great recommendations....

“Personale molto cortese, colazione abbondante e variegata, vista spettacolare su Ragusa dalla terrazza su cui è possibile fare colazione. A 150 m a piedi dal parcheggio Giardini Iblei e a 200 m dal Duomo di San Giorgio.”
“Mycket hjälpsam värd, gav olika tips och förslag på ställen att besöka. Fint, fräscht och rymligt rum. Även duschen var rymlig. Gångavstånd till huvudgatorna.
Lite oväsen då boendet precis ligger intill vägen och parkeringsplatser utanför kan bli tagna. Gatorna är trånga, men lätt att ta sig ut till motorväg ifrån boendet. Överlag mycket nöjd.”
