“Booked a doubleroom with a private bathroom. The rooom no. 13, is in the main kitchen/dinner area and next to the bar. It was very noisy and the paper thin walls made it seem that the party from the bar was just right in our room and you could hear what people in the main dinner room talked about, until late nights at 2 am. I told the the receptionist about this, but it didn’t seem to do any good. Couldn’t sleep for a couple of hours and once I did I woke up because of the surrounding noises.”

“We had a very pleasant stay with Florentine. The staff were professional and nice, the rooms were clean and had a good design. It was Modern and fresh and in regards if the price excellent. One recvived a card to a cafe across the street ( literally 10 meters from the hotel) were one could choose a drink and a breakfast meal that was included in the price). I would definitely reutrn. ”

“I did the booking for a room but when I arrived I noticed I was in a shared room with black curtains, so not good a privacy. Power electricity to charge phone depends on how long you keep turned on your own lamp. I had bad roommates who decided to turn off the lights for all the room and the air conditioning temperature. Roommates kept windows open even when it was freezing and let mosquitos enter to the whole room.. so I couldn't sleep some nights because of mosquitos. You have to deal with...

A mejorar el espacio en la habitación compartida donde estuve con 6 camas casi no permitía moverse y los colchones no daban la sensación de limpieza. Por lo demás el hostel no está en malas condiciones con varios baños y duchas y una terraza amplia. También es a destacar la localización cerca del Carmel Market y la playa. Además fueron flexibles con el check in y con el check out”

“The description said there was breakfast, private bathroom, kitchen, free water, and no curfew. None of this was provided or was true. They locked the gate at night and we were locked in till 9 am. This is a major fire safety hazard. The common area was being used as a restaurant. Guests were made to feel we were nuisance. I spoke with other guests that felt that the same way.
