It was a good hotel in overall. Almost all required facilities are working as it should. They have a great indoor pool and sauna. I didn’t taste their breakfast as some good restaurants were around. A general problem of Turkish businesses was bothering here as well which is lack of knowledge of English which is existing everywhere. Room were big enough, some of the furnitures needed to change and renovate. If you have jobs to do in Asian part of Istanbul, it’s close to everywhere, however if you want to see the tourism views, you must use metro and calculate something about an hour at least on the way. Room service was great, they were available at any times you need them. It was very clean.the price was reasonable for their hotel and services. I will go back again. Thanks Byotell.

Nöjda!
Hotellet var fint, rent och lyxigt. Personalen är trevliga och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var brutal! Såå mycket att välja på och det kunde variera från dag till dag. Tunnelbana precis framför hotellet, vilket var ett stort plus! ånga olika ställen man kan välja att äta runtomkring.

Great location, 2 min walk to the Metro. 30 min by car to SAW airport, 15 min by car to Bagdat Street, 20 min by car to Kadiköy. Very clean, great SPA and great service. Breakfast is good. Recommend UBER app for taxi. Much better then the yellow cabs.

Great hotel Kosyatagi
Nice location. Very close to subway bus station and close by car to Kadiköy port Bagdat street SAW airport etc. Many restaurants in walking distance. Clean hotel with really nice SPA.

During our stay staff was amazing and friendly. They were able to accommodate any requests we made. We had an item missing and the managemt was able to find it and deliver it to us after a week we checked out. The staff was honest Mr.Fatih was very helpful. Great breaksfast as well.

The hotel was good but we should have done more to check what the area was like it was situated right on top of a major route for traffic and was quite noisy and busy all the time .

Very beautiful hotel. Equipped with everything you need. Excellent front desk and services. We stayed 7 nights. Restaurants on premise. We parked car. Valet parking. Only issue we had was internet :( room or hotel internet neither worked very well. Otherwise excellent!

This is absolutely not a 5* hotel. The furniture has aged with even cabinet paints peeling. Large stains on the carpet in hallways. Dirty and old elevators. My room had a very bad sewer smell coming out of the grid in the bath room. I sealed it using a plastic bag. The next day the hotel management said it's the case in every room when the southerly winds blow (which is not uncommon in Turkey). My room did not a have safe and I asked the management to get one installed. Staff was very helpful but they can't save the overall hotel experience. The gym was surprisingly nice as I believe it was a third party managing it and they accept customers from outside which explains. As I observed, the rate is fluctuating wildly for some reason. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless a very good deal is offered for the rate which was the case for me.
