Bra och elegant hotell med superbra läge
Bra hotell med superbra läge och nära till spårvagnshållplatsen Sultanahmet och många sevärdheter. Personalen är trevliga och hjälper gärna till och svarar på frågor. Bagagerum finns utan kostnad. Hotellet och inredningen är elegant med en lyxig känsla. På vissa ställen är det väldigt lågt i tak och om man är lång (kanske cirka 1,85 cm och över) så får man se upp. Stora och fräscha rum med sköna sängar. Vi såg en död kackerlacka på en våning vilket kändes ofräscht, men det var bara den enda vi såg så vi tänkte inte mer på det. Utsikten från frukosten och takterrassen är magiskt fin. Frukosten var annars en besvikelse. Grunden finns där och inget som stack ut, man kunde äta sig mätt. Tyckte inte om att det finns en hel rad med kakor och sött, och jag saknade frukt. Annars ett bra hotell som jag rekommenderar och gärna kommer tillbaka till.

Fint hotell med bra läge
Jättefint hotel, skulle kunna städas lite mer noggrant. Slitet i toaletten. Jättefin lobby. De flesta anställda väldigt hjälpsamma, en aningen ointresserad. Annars uppskattat och fint i ottomansk stil. Fantastiskt frukost med stort utbud och en helt makalös utsikt. Bor man här behöver man inte prova på andra restauranger för utsiktens skull. Perfekt utgångsläge för alla sevärdheter i gamla stan.

Bästa läget, 5-10 min promenad till de vanligaste sevärdheterna. Lugn gata, Toppenutsikt från takterassen. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Skulle välja detta hotell igen.

Great location and wonderful mezes
Beautiful views from our room and the breakfast restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the Turkish breakfast with mezes and fresh bread every day. the room was a bit small and at times it smelled of smoke. Wifi connection was hardly working,though we didnt mind. location of the Hotel is great with walking distance to the big sites of old Town Istanbul. The bed was comfortable, we also used the pillow menu. Gym fascilities were good enough for our needs.

Härliga istanbul dagar
Vackra rum och med en fin utsikt. Dock fick man nog kika lite snett för att se blå mosken. Lite smala rum men sköna sängar. God fruoostbuffe.

Bra läge och trevligt hotel
Var här på en weekendresa med några vänner. Upplevde några fantastiska dagar med god mat och en massa sevärdheter. Kommer att besöka Istanbul igen och bor gärna i samma område, ett jättebra läge.

Hotellläget är helt OK, mitt bland alla sevärdheter. Passa på att be om ett standardrum annars får ni en garderobstort rum som nog är menat för personalen. Värde för pengarna? Inte för oss så vi väljer ett annat hotell nästa gång.

Toppenläge med kanonutsikt
Vi var väldigt nöjda med allting, speciellt läget. Mitt i de trevliga kvarteren kring Sultan Ahmet och med fantastisk utsikt från takterassen. Fina och speciella rum (väldigt stora!) med intressant inredning. Mycket prisvärt.

Very good location
The hotel is ideally located and worked great for us in every way. Good and friendly service - beutiful view - great breakfast. Unfortunatly the bath has been closed down, but it is located really close to Cemberlitas Hamami which was a great experience.

The hotel is in good place, you can walk to lots of attractions places. There are alot of restaurants around and transport like tram, trains and buses. The reception is helpful if you want to get a taxis with reasonable prices to the airport. Musa the receptionists is very friendly and always helpful. Thx for the welcoming environment 🙂.

Wonderful Hotel
The corner room was spectacular with the Blue Mosque right outside our window. We loved the total experience. The hotel decor made us feel like we were staying in the Ottoman dynasty. The staff was fantastic, and we will stay there again in our next visit to Istanbul. Sarya and Adnan, two of the many hotel associates were great.

Perfect Experience.
Everything from booking with online discussions with Sarya was very helpful. Check-in went perfect with outstanding service from all staff. The hotel is beautiful and the view from the terrace restaurant was the BEST. Adnan, a hotel associate who went way beyond his job duties to help us must be recognized. Aile ile gelinebilecek temiz bir otel. Rezervasyon yaptırmadan önce özellikle aileler için uygun ortam olup olmaması konusunda endişeliydim. Geldiğimde çok seviyeli güzel bir ortam buldum. Alkol olmaması da önemli bir tercih sebebimdi. Otel ekibine her şey için çok teşekkür ederim.

The location is first rate. There are plenty of restaurants close by as well as public transportation to the bazaars and waterways. Lots of sites within walking distance - it couldn't have been better. The hotel is dated and worn. It is clean without question but I would say it is a travelers hotel. There is a nice selection of breakfast items and juices in a large dining room which was a plus. Staff was always helpful and an extra bonus is the luggage scale - great for the souviners we added to our baggage! I wouldn't say the AC was broken but felt more like a swap cooler in the rooms that a traditional AC. The weather was gorgeous and the windows open easily which turned out to be perfect for us!

Did not like No airconditiong in room. Safe broke down with passports in before leaving. King size bed had no bed sheets. Shower kind of crummy. Not fit to ever go back to.

Have you reported this situation to the reception? Was there no attempt to solve your problem? There is a central heating and cooling system in our hotel. During transition periods, some guests may want cold weather and some may want hot weather. Unfortunately, this is not a controllable situation. Central heating and cooling system is activated according to the weather conditions.best regrds

A good place to stay while exploring Istanbul, close to all the historical places , also staff is very helpful and good mannered, the cleaning lady was keeping our room tidy and clean . If you want to book any tours you can just go to the reception staff and they will sort you out . Worth staying.👍

The staff where rude and unhelpful.. The room is outdated and dirty. The AC and the room safe did not work. My door card failed to work every single day. I would not stay at that hotel again nor would I recommended it to anyone else.

We are very sorry for your bad experience. There is a laundry service in our hotel and it is subject to an extra fee. This is stated in all sales channels as well as in Hotels.com and expedia. It is also stated that there is no iron in the rooms. The authentic decoration of the rooms is quite evident in the photos. We have not received any complaints from any of our guests staying at the same time as you about the central air conditioner. If there was a technical problem with the air conditioner in your room and you had reported it to the reception, it would have been resolved.All other complaints will be considered and necessary action will be taken. We would like to welcome you again in our hotel.regards

The hotel has some advantages; close to the main tourists sights, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern etc, it is also near to the Tram Lime 1 stop. The breakfast area does provide great views and is perfect for photos. The down side for me is the noise for rooms above and to the side; very thin walls, you hear everything when people come in late, open and close door, every conversation, for that reason alone I won;t stay there again..
