Mycket nöjd
Vi bokade detta hotell eftersom det ligger mycket nära Fatih och närmare Eminunu, tar ca 7-10 min till Fatih när det inte är mycket kö. Hotellpersonalen erbjöd en mycket bra sercive. Trevligt bemötande och hjälpsamma. Vi hade Delux med connectet rum och var mycket nöjda. Bra ventilation, bra sängar och ljusa rum. Enda nackdelen med rummen var att tycker att mattorna behöver bytas ut och lite enklare renovering av rummen/möbler/väggar etc. Ofta hörde man rummen bredvid. Kanske borde man ha lite mer ljudisolerade. Även minibar bör finnas i varje rum/kylskåp. Städning varje dag och vi var mycket nöjda med det. Mycket bra frukost och trevlig service där med. Försök gå till frukosten tidigt, inte senare än kl 9 eftersom det brukar bli långa köer och ibland är det svårt att hitta en sittplats. Tycker också att personalen bör lägga fram bestick så fort man sätter sig. Salt, socker ä och servetter bör finnas på alla bord. Vi gillade även hotellrestsursngen. Vill man bo nära nära Fatih och Eminunu så är detta hotell ett bra alternativ. Passa familjer, vuxna och även om man är på jobbresa.

Fräscht hotell
Fräscht och fint hotell med god frukost och trevlig personal både i rec och på restaurangerna. Ligger inte så centralt, tar ca 1,5 timmes promenad till Blå mosken, finns inte så mkt omkring. Städningen var inte bra på rummet tyvärr, och bara en handduk till 2 pers.

Rummet(deluxe) var stort och bra. Bra badrum. Bra service på de flesta. Soeciellt Efe corcenierge. Vi bokade havsutsikt. Är väldigt långt ifrån ”havet” men man ser den. Luras inte av namnet Topkapi. Ligger långt ifrån. Finns inget i närheten förutom en restaurang med turkisk husmanskost. Beställde roomservice. Betalade men fick inte växeln tillbaka trots att jag påtalade detta flera gånger i receptionen. Varje gång skulle de kolla och återkomma. Bad tillslut en av receptionisterna att ta mina pengar och skänka till välgörenhet. Hoppas det görs. Frukosten standard(inte 5 stjärnigt) Låg bemanning så mycket var slut hela tiden. Så antingen fick man vänta länge eller äta något man inte var sugen på.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast but horrible reception employees who don’t have good service. They have shuttle bus to town and mall but you wait and wait for the bus long time before the departure time and it never comes and the the employees doesn’t have any answer why they all stand and say I don’t know. AC works bad in the room

Clean hotel. Very good breakfast. Very nice housekeeping staff. Very bad staff in reception. You have to pay for fresh orange juice even if you have breakfast included. We booked a double bed room for two but we got a room with a large single bed. The staff in the reception was very impolite and not helpful very bad service didn’t help us at all to get a bigger bed instead they blamed our agency and wanted to charge extra. Not a 5 star hotel

Wer Lust auf einen Grabausblick hat, ist hier willkommen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Leider hatte unser Zimmer verschlossene Fenster. Somit konnten wir nicht lüften. Außerdem funktionierte die Regendusche nicht, Badezimmer verschimmelt, nicht saubere Bettwäsche & der Teppichboden zum Teil fleckig.Die Lage auch nicht Zentral und keine Metro in der nähe.
