Röklukt i rummet
Rummen var sköna dock luktade vårt rum cigaretter varje dag, vi sa till receptionen och de lovade oss att lösa det men ingenting hände. Annars bra hotel.

Rum med utsikt
Mycket trevligt hotell med centralt och bra läge. Rum med fantastisk utsikt över Bosphorus och den europeiska delen av Istanbul. Mycket bra frukost och mycket bra restaurang på hotellets översta våning med panoramautsikt över Bosphorus. Problem att kommunicera med städpersonalen och avsaknad av påfyllning av minibaren drar ner betyget. För övrigt mycket nöjd.

Detta hotell ligger i mitt tycke perfekt på bästa läget för att utforska Istanbuls alla delar. Med en färjeterminal runt hörnet mitt i en modern lokal stadsdel som kryllar av liv i positiv bemärkelse har man alla förutsättningar för en fantastisk vistelse. Jeg vil gerne give feedback vedrørende mit seneste ophold på jeres hotel. Generelt var oplevelsen positiv, men der var et par udfordringer med rengøringsservicen, som jeg gerne vil fremhæve. Jeg havde brug for roomservice til at rengøre mit værelse tre gange på én dag, da der ikke blev støvsuget eller leveret nye håndklæder ved de første to besøg. Dette var lidt skuffende, da jeg forventede en mere grundig rengøringsservice under mit ophold. Jeg vil foreslå, at I øger opmærksomheden på rengøringsservicen for at sikre, at gæsterne får en mere behagelig og komplet oplevelse under deres besøg.

The rooftop restaurant is a hidden gem with spectacular views of Istanbul skylines and there’s even a small outdoor pool. Walk to ferries, metro, shopping and the lively markets, pubs, live music venues of dynamic and bohemian Kadıköy and Moda. Staff is always extremely polite and helpful. Beds are comfortable and room service is excellent.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort bleiben wenn wir in Istanbul sind. Die Lage ist wunderschön und das Hotel einfach perfekt. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen wenn man in Kadiköy/Moda eine Unterkunft sucht.

Hotel was very good, but I couldn’t get my hilton points although I am an Hilton Hhonors member because I booked through Hotels.com and the price would have been the same if I had directly contacted the Hilton HHonors. Wase of time and money
