Bra område, men låg standard
Hotellet håller inte standarden som 5*, incheckning tog 30 min. Extremt trånga rum och korridorer. Läget är bra, men allt annat var inte var.

Hög säkerhet och service
Service & säkerhet på högsta nivå. Nära till bussar, metro/tunnelbana. Gång avstånd till det mesta, så som Blå moskén, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi palace, Grand bazar m,m. Trevlig atomsfär, god frukost, bra WIFI, business center, trevliga rum med sköna sängar. Väldigt trevlig restaurang på våning 5 där kan äta/dricka i en mer lugg/ro atomsfär som är svårt att få i Istanbul. Städningen var perfekt. Åker man metro från Attaturk flygplats så byter man vid Aksaray för att sedan åka vidare mot Istanbuls Universitet då hotellet ligger precis mitt emot Istanbuls universitet. Jag rekommenderar detta hotell för den/dem som vill bo högklassigt och nära till det mesta i stadsdelen Fatih/Beyazit. Mer moderna område finns på andra sidan, vid Taksims omnejd. Toppen betyg från oss.

Väldigt bra, säkert och fräscht hotell. Området är inte det bästa men bra transportförbindelse. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsamma. Bra frukost! Tysta rum.

På köp resa med min fru.
Vistelse var bra men inte som på en 5stars hotel. Dålig frukost bouffé man hade inte mycket att välja. Att få omlett vistelse vi inte att man skulle vilja innan och ta kontakt med köket. Inga prins kör, inga baycon. Det var en lätt frukost. Jag har varit på 3 stars hotell I istanbul men double tree var dålig.

Trevligt hotell, med bra placering nära alla sevärdheter, rummen och sängarna OK dock är rummen något små, bra frukost, sisådär restaurang på våning 5, rätt trafikerat ha god tid på er, 3 minuter promenadväg till Grand Bazaar. Hotellet ordnade sightseeing på Bosporen med båt trevlig men rätt dyrt ca 1000 kronor för två

Bedrägligt dyrt!
Svindyrt att få en WiFi slinga, äta frukost eller ta en drink på terassen. I övrigt är hotellet förstklassigt och välplacerat nära Grand Bazar, tricken och övriga sevärdheter i Sulthanemet.

Very good hotel. Professional staff. Queit, clean and spacious rooms. The showers may feel little to old. Not a five star bathroom but overall a great hotel.

Es war schrecklich laut, obwohl kein Fenster offen.Wir konnten maximal 2 Std./Nacht schlafen. Ein Autogehupe und Geschrei auf der Strasse. Würden Hotel nicht mehr buchen!! Das Zimmer hatte keine 30 qm wie angegeben, es war schmal und eng, für 3 Personen ein Käfig. Auch oberes Stockwerk konnten wir nicht haben, obwohl wir bei der Rezeption darum, so wie bei der Buchung darum gebeten haben. Wir wurden dauernd vertröstet, aber kein Erfolg. Wenn das Hotel kein oberes Stockwerk mehr zur Verfügung hat, müssen sie das angeben. Wir hätten dann ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Zum Urlaub gehört auch schlafen und nicht die Nacht über ärgern.Für die Schlafstörungen war das Zimmer viel zu teuer !!. Wir sind Hilton Kunden auf der ganzen Welt, haben Member-Nr. auch angegeben, aber kein upgrade erhalten, und nie so einen schlaflosen Urlaub verbracht !

Not my favorite Hilton
I did not like you cannot have food in your room. I’m sure this is to make them more money. Their food for dinner is bunch of fried American things. Once you step in hotel feel gouged. Breakfast 25 euros. It is great. Coke in minibar 8.50 USA. Staff was nice but this hotel is for business travelers who want their Hilton rewards points. The hotel does not have a driveway. It’s hard to get into hotel. The streets around hotel are tore up. I arrived to a place a did not know how to get into hotel. Hotel is noisy for street construction I think that area. Would be noisy if there were no street construction.

We always use Hilton’s when travelling it’s a brand that we trust unfortunately on this occasion both Hilton and Expedia have let us down . Firstly let’s focus on the positives , the hotel is just opposite the tram stop unfortunately not the best end of town to stay with surrounding restaurants “ I use this term very sparingly are terrible “ and if you fancy drink in or around this area a apart from the hotel which charges €10 for a 33cl bottle of beer your stuck . The area that the hotel is in is undergoing massive construction works laying new pavements and this work take place overnight outside the hotel on the first evening all night we had diggers and pneumatic drills ..as you can imagine we didn’t sleep ! The next day this was pointed out to the reception whom abruptly pointed out this noise has nothing to do with them after much debate they agreed to move the room to the back of the hotel thus reducing any noise . My point is we lost 1 days holiday as we became so tired with this noise the hotel should show compassion and offer compensation . My gripe lies with both Expedia and Hilton whom should have informed us of these works as not only the noise but when you left the hotel my wife who has an issue with her hip found it exceptionally challenging getting up the make shift steps into the hotel . If your thinking of booking this hotel please think long and hard as it’s not in the best area and really does need some TLC as the rooms are looking very dated ..

The most comfortable beds
I think Hilton Hotels have the most comfortable beds! The room was quiet and the perfect temperature and we slept very well. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Only minor issue was being woken by the cleaning staff at 9am when we were having a lie-in. I would have liked the option to reuse our towels to minimise our environmental impact.
