På grund av pandemin är vår terrass och gym tillfälligt stängda. Vårt frukostrum är öppet endast i enlighet med pandemiska förhållanden. Tack för dina kommentarer.

The hotel has a great location. Close to grand bazaar, blue mosque etc. A short walk from the closest train station. Super markets and restaurants within 50 meters. The rooms are good with lots of storage for clothes and such. Disturbing noice from street. Breakfast is good but the staff are in a hurry to close breakfast so it’s stressful to eat at the end of breakfast hours.

Rent och fint hotell
Det var ett rent och fint hotell. Det låg väldigt bra och var nära till mycket. De hade dock ingen strykjärn vilket vi tyckte var lite jobbigt.

Supernöjd
Vi bokade ekonomirum, vid incheckningen erbjöd de oss uppgradering till deluxerum. Det visade sig vara mycket bra alternativ. Hade rum på 5-e våning med balkong och havsutsikt. Det var ingenting att klaga på. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, rena rum, god frukost allt var superbra. Bra läge.

Otrevligt bemötande resulterar till missnöjdhet
Relativt missnöjd. Första natten kunde jag inte sova, pga att jag fick ett rum längst ner och där det konstant var taxichaufförer som tutade och folk som skrek mitt i natten (bortsett från allt byggarbete och städbilar som åkte runt). Andra natten fick jag nytt rum, men dock inget internet på rummet, vilket gjorde mig ännu mer upprörd då jag var behov av det pga arbete. Efter mycket otrevligt bemötande så gav jag upp, och bara räknade ner timmarna innan även sista dagen skulle vara över.

Valet av hotell kunde inte varit bättre
Fint och fräscht hotell med en hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Till frukost möttes vi av en fantastisk buffé där allt fanns och mot ett liten tillägg fick man beställa sin egen omelett. Med det centrala läget kunde vi gå överallt, sevärdheter och shopping fanns på gångavstånd. Vi valde att testa spårvagnen en dag, som även låg nära hotellet. Innova är hotellet att bo på när man besöker Istanbul!

Fina rum
Det var mycket fina rum. Däremot funkade inte Wifi på rum som vi hade först och det tog två dagar innan vi fick byta rum och då funkade det. Frukosten var inget att hurra över jämfört med andra hotell jag bott på. Tyvärr var den varma maten kall för dom hade inget som värmde rätterna. Och det kalla som yoghurt var varmt för inget kylde dom. Skulle kollat upp andra hotell som hade lite bättre läge, t ex Hagia Sophia Hotel och Pierre Lotti Hotel. Innova låg ca 200 meter från huvudgatan där spårvagnen åker. Sen vet jag inte hur service och mat är på de hotellen. Det står även i beskrivningen att dom har "foam-madrasser". Vet inte vad det innebär för sängen var hård. Annars var personalen trevlig och hotellet mycket fint och städat.

TOP Hotel inmitten von Istanbul
Wunderschönes Hotel inmitten von Istanbul. Sehr saubere Zimmer, gross und geräumig, schöne Aussicht, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel befindet sich in der nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten von Istanbul. 5 Gehminuten bis zum grossen Basar, 15 Gehminuten zur blauen Mosche und Hagia Sofia. Das Hotel liegt neben einer gutbesuchten Einbahnstrasse somit kann es Tagsüber etwas lauter werden. Sobald die Fenster zu sind hört man fast nichts mehr. Somit sehr Schalldichte Zimmer. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich im 6. Stockwerk und das Frühstück kann bis 10.30 Uhr genossen werden. Die Auswahl war nicht riesig jedoch gab es von allem und für jeden etwas. Auch beim Frühstück sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Alles in allem ein Hotel welches ich wärmstens jedem empfehlen kann.

One of the beetter hotels i have stayed in most of my travels. The location is just brilliant and if you are staying on the 5th floor, the views are amazing. The check-in was super smooth and the staff are very helpful. Special shout out to Ali who took the time to explain where to buy a sim card, exchange money, transportation and how to get to the sight seeing locations. They even lent us an instanbul card for transportation. Clean rooms, complimentary fruits basket and the breakfast spead is 5 stars. Can't recommend this place enough.

Great hotel, but AC problems
The hotel was wonderful, staff super friendly and helpful with our bags and all our needs, room was great with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and a great balcony with city/sea view. Location was good with good restaurants nearby. Our only complaint was that the air-conditioner kept shutting off and seemed to be locked and controlled by the front desk, so had to keep calling them to get it turned on again. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Such a wonderful hotel staff are very friendly and so helpful. The hotel itself was way better than I expected the rooms are big so clean the lobby and even the elevator I recommend this hotel to everyone it’s location is really good as well.

Long weekend in Istanbul
This is a great place to stay, located in the old town, its close to everything. The hotel has the most fantastic roof top bar with a great view out over the city to sea. The staff are so friendly and helpful, I would recommend staying here.

Amazing stay in Innova hotel
The stay was amazing. Fist of all, would like to say that ALL the guys on the reception were simply amazing! They've been helping me with everything i've been asking them. So huge thank you! The room was ok, the bed & pillows were comfortable. In this hotel you are not going to hear the mosque sounds when the Muslims are praying, so that was really cool. Expect a traffic everywhere in Istanbul, the street where the hotel is situated is busy, but the good thing the taxi can stop there, as lots of the streets in Istanbul are closed or only for pedestrians. Definitely can recommend this hotel.
