Fantastik hotel
Vår vistelse har varit utmärkt. Personalerna i receptionen var fantastika. Mr Mehmet och miss Cupra var. mycket hjälpsamma. House keeping person ( Kvinnan, Zeinab) var väldigt snäll och hjälpsam. Vi tackar henne för hennes arbete som var väldigt fantastiskt. Vi ger Zeinab 10 stjärnor och 10 stjärnor till resten av personalerna och även hotellet.

Super vacation for 3 days
First time in city of Istanbul. Super fantastic. Great history, dolphins in the water so its clean and a lot of possibilities for street photography. Hotel are great, easy for comunication to most spots in town

Nöjd par som gärna kommer tillbaka.
Riktigt bra hotell med trevlig personal. Bra pool, bra gym och bra hamam. Nära till Metro och centralt läge. Det var perfekt hotell. Hit kommer jag gärna fler gånger! Enda negativa med hotellet var att frukosten var så dyr. Jag skulle inte betala så mycket pengar även om de serverade kaviar och champagne. Jag skulle äta där om det var bättre priser. Men de kan ha sina höga priser för sin frukost. Det gjorde inte oss nånting. Vi gick ut mot torget och där hittar man massor med restauranger som serverar frukost till riktigt bra priser och god mat.

The rooms need maintenance especially the toilets, beds are small and not very comfortable ,the service is not very good, needs a lot of work. It’s a very busy area and getting to the hotel entrance needs a lot of times as the roads around are very busy. It’s walking distance to istiklal street, which is very busy all the time. The parking is for extra fees as they said it is operated by a private company.

The rooms were very clean, and big in size. I booked a sea view room, at the beginning they gave us a room with a corner sea view (not complete), then we asked the reception to change it and they were very corporative. We arrived around 12:00 pm, and the check-in time is 2:00 pm. But they provided us a room at 12:00 so we did early check-in

Great place for long stays, everything is available and taken care of regardless of your origin or needs. For me this is one of the rare good hotels in Istanbul.
