Något slitet f.d. "lyxhotell". Jag fick ett litet enkelrum med fönster men utan utsikt mot bebyggelse. Det man behöver finns och servicen från receptionen var korrekt och bra. Frukosten var helt ok. Hotellets läge är bra både vad gäller att nå sevärdheter och för att det var ganska tyst på gatan utanför. Liten affär fanns just bredvid att köpa vatten etc i. Gott om restauranger på samma gata och i närområdet. Ca 10-15 min promenad till Blå moskén. Om man inte orkar gå finns spårvagnen 3 minuter bort. Helt ok hotell för det pris man betalar.

Very cosy!!!
Very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff. Very clean. They changed sheets every day, even washed the floor every day. Small and cosy hotel. Can highly recommend it! We had a room with windows over the backyard, so very quiet!

Fantastisk plats och fantastisk hotel. Metro 2 minute till alla känd plats och Eminönu bara några minute om man vill promenera.

Lite som saknas
Sängen var inte bekväm, duschen avbröt ofta och försvann varm vatten annars är mitten av gammal stan nära till museum och spår och tunnelbanan, trevliga och behjälpliga personal, fin buffé på frokust och rent och fint.

Hotell med mycket bra läge och hjälpsam personal.
Fick bra service av personalen både med tipps och de fixade de bokningar vi ville göra. Läget gjorde att man kunde gå till alla saker. Var det så att man ville åka var det 100 meter till spårvagn och 50 meter till pendeln om man vill åka över till Asien. Vill man åka båt låg hamnen 300 meter från hotellet. Rummen var städade och rena och det gjordes rent varje dag. Hotellet låg på en bakgata vilket gjorde att det var lugnt utanför hotellet men det var vara 25 meter till stora gatan där restauranger och butiker låg.

Superbra hotell med perfekt läge. Gångavstånd till flera sevärdheter. Personalen tog väl hand om oss och hjälpte oss med tips på utflykter. Vissa av våra rum var i minsta laget.

Bra hotell med bra läge!
En alltigenom positiv upplevelse, både hotellet och staden. Personalen gjorde sitt allra bästa för att få oss att känna oss välkomna och väl omhändertagna. Fina rum med sköna sängar, välfylld minibar och vattenkokare. Gångavstånd till många av gamla stadens sevärdheter och nära till spårvagnsstation så att vi kunde ta oss till sevärdheter längre bort. Flera matställen precis vid hotellet. Istanbul och Maywood hotel kan nog komma att få besök av mig igen.

Perfekt läge
Mycket bra hotell. Inte så stora rum men allt man behöver. Rent och snyggt. Låg perfekt mitt emellan Hagia Sofia och Galatabron. Lugnt och tyst på natten.

Mycket bra och fint hotell, rent o fresht i allmänna utrymmen o rum. Stort frukost utbud. Merparten av personalen mycket service mindig. Mycket prisvärt boende nära till bra kommunikation.

prisvärt, br aläge om man ska turista.
Overall bra. Enda minuset var att AC gick inte att ställa ner, så man fick reglera temp i rummet genom att stänga av den och öppna fönstret. PErsonalen menar att på vintern (vi var där i nov) har man värme på i huset, och då funkar inte den individuella tempinställningen med AC:n. bra frukost.

Har bra läge nära till allt, mitt i centrum
Istanbul är fin stad, fast med mycket trafik o buller, trotts allt måste ses. Har massor av shopping marknader med goda priser, god mat o platser att se båda med båtar eller med bussar. Man måst förhandla om priser, för de vet att du är turist så höjer de priset.

Bra bashotell
Läget är bra om man vill utforska alla de "obligatoriska" sevärdheterna. Hagia Sofia, Blå moskén och många andra ligger på gångavstånd. Vi gick överallt i tre dagar, bara färjan över till asiatiska sidan använde vi som allmänt transportmedel. Receptionpersonalen talade tillräckligt bra engelska, vilket många andra i Istanbul inte gjorde. De var vänliga och kom med extra fruktfat för att jag var gravid. Rummet (med två enkelsängar) var litet, men räckte bra för mig och min väninna. Rummet var rent och snyggt.

I really enjoyed my stay at Maywood hotel. The location is perfect close to restaurants, metro and tourist attraction places. The customer service is awesome and professional. The front desk staff Mr. ERSIN is a great and helpful gentlemen. He guided us perfectly whatever we needed. He helped us to locate Shopping malls around and how to go via metro and etc. On our check out day he gave us small gift of Turkey chocolates plus tea glasses that was just awesome to remember our stay at Maywood. The other great guy Mr. Ahmet also helped us on our second booking and showed us the available rooms to pick the right and good one. He was very helpful and guided us when we needed help. I really recommend this hotel not just being in good location, but also because of their professionalism customer service.

Мы жили в номере с окном, выходящим в колодец. Очень душно. Я практически не спала две ночи. Нас было три человека: муж, ребёнок и я. Кондиционер работал только на тепло. Если бы нам предложили другой вариант при заселении, то в принципе было бы все хорошо. Мы могли бы доплатить за номер с окном, но нам не предложили такого варианта. Короче, если будете бронировать, то проситесь в номера с окном. Особенно в тёплое время года.

Hotel encantador, recientemente renovado. Camas cómodas, habitación de buen tamaño, confortable,. El staff del hotel muy agradable, desde el gerente, lis recepcionistas y el personal del desayuno. Ubicación inmejorable. Hemos estado en este hotel al menos 8 veces en los últimos años...
