Don't book to this property.Waste of money and you don't have the facilities what they pretend they offer.Is far from the city center,no buses and long time waiting for the taxi.The SWIMING POOL is open only from June and is not written anywhere that(the main photo when you try to book is wih the swiming pool). Lot of SPOTS on the carpets ,chairs and sofas and cigarettes burned (they get deposit of 100 USD and you are responsible for every damage) ,the appartment is noisy because of the building repairs,dangerous people outside the hotel,noisy all the time because of the car dealers nearby moving and parking cars,the kitchen in the appartment doesn't have even the minimum of cuttleries or plates(not even a tea spoon),they didn't provide the minimum of higyene products(1 small shampoo for 2 persons and left toilet paper from previous guests :) ).The sauna,steaming room never on.We can forget about all this but they ruined our hollliday.My wife had an medical intervention and was not allowed to stand up more then 30 minutes per day and the sunbeds and swimming pool could be helpfull to don't stay just in the room.The receptionists and manager were unprofessional and too stupid to solve the problems,their english level is mediocre and never polite.I asked for the refunds from the first day just to leave the place to book in a different hotel but they didn't accept that,they didnn't even answer the phone when Expedia tried to contact them.They just got the money and that's it.

I recently stayed at superior living in Istanbul and, honestly, it was a really bad experience. The staff were rude and unfriendly, which made everything really stressful. Hardly any of them spoke English, and the few that did were not helpful at all. They didn't even bother to say "good morning" or "hello" when you walked in. The room wasn't any better. It was old and falling apart, with blocked shower drains and stained furniture. Plus, there were no kitchen utensils, which was a hassle. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Great room, clean. Amensitues like sauna, stem room worked very poorly. Customer service average. Didn’t feel welcomed The room has a kitchen but no plates, no silverware, no kitchen pots to warm up anything, only few glasses. Checking the room before you leave the hotel left a bad taste in my mouth. I find it disrespectful

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed. Despite its slightly distant location, the warm welcome and impeccable service made every mile worth it. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with genuine smiles from the staff, creating a welcoming and safe environment that instantly felt like home. Vaysel, in particular, stood out with his warm smile and hospitality that made our stay memorable. Despite not being in the bustling heart of Istanbul, this hotel truly captures the essence of the city's spirit. I couldn't recommend it more highly. It's a hidden gem that deserves every bit of its five-star rating.

The only thing that keeps this property from getting a 5 star is their so called offer for breakfast. It is not worth the price. They offered subtandered poor quality food. They served the same food every day. They served boiled eggs, beans, upside down eggs, sausages and potatoes, bread and cheeses. The food was stale and not appetizing. For drinks tea, lemonade, and cranberry juice. When I asked them if they could make me an omelette with tomato and onions I was told that I had to pay. The service was poor also. I only ate 3 days out of 16 days. I spoke with the manager and was denied a refund. I was told the restaurant wasn't owned by them and couldn't give me a refund and would not reach back to expedia who had been trying to reach out to them for a refund. Obviously they just wanted to keep the money. DON'T GET BREAKFAST PACKAGE!!!!

Les chambres sont grands et confortables, la cuisine est bien et assez grande avec un lave vaisselle, un hôtel appartenant spacieux avec des salons à l'entrée et le personnel est sympathiques et assez d'espace. Néanmoins, il manque un bouilloire dans les chambres, je trouve que c'est important. La chose la plus désagréable était le nettoyage dans les chambres, ils changent le lit mais ne nettoie pas bien le reste, ni les miroirs, les traces partout....

I would say that it was very very clean. The housekeeping Kerem, Arzu and Ayse were always there to help if the smallest thing was needed. They did a good job. I would recommend this place.
