“Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property.”

“The rental was great parking was great for (2) cars. My family greatly enjoyed the patio. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was that the silverware needs to be updated, but I would most definitely would rent again. 20 minutes at the most to get to the beach. My sister and I really enjoyed the rental.”

“We were in Jax visiting family, and wanted to be close to the beach. The weather was cool and windy, so we really appreciated the heated pool. Great pool for kids, also, with a wide shallow shelf at one end. The place was neat and clean, with a great kitchen. Being upstairs is nice, as you get a nice tropical feel seeing palm trees out of the windows.”

“The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds in particular are very comfortable. There is a front deck area that allows you to enjoy a breeze and watch as thunderstorms go by. The beach is a short walk away.”

“Although small and size it was perfect for my daughter and I who traveled to Jacksonville to obtain eye surgery. We didn’t want to be in a hotel where it was loud and a lot of people. This was one bedroom of futon slept four, which is perfect for the two of us had a outside porch, which is what she wanted to be able to utilize when she was not able to see she wanted to just enjoy being outside in the sun and the fresh air and not be cooped up in a motel room this exceeded our expectations.”

The host was extremely responsive and helpful and the check in was very easy. The pool was warm and gets lots of afternoon sun. We were travelling with a four month old baby and did find there was a lot of noise from the street and upstairs unit. It was March break so that may have contributed to the noise. Also being on the ground floor made it easy going in and out without lugging heaving suitcases upstairs. Listing says the couch pulls out to a Queen and it does not. “I rented this property as it was near to the Mayo Clinic where my husband was having heart surgery. It was easy to rent, check-in and check-out; and allowed for my dog to stay. The apartment is as described, was very clean and I felt safe walking my dog in the gated apartment complex that also has a dog park along with other amenities. “Very modern interior. Lovely bathroom. Convenient location. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the street parking but it worked out. Be prepared to hear every fire department dispatch. There are transients in the area who are completely harmless. Somewhat heavy police presence in the area as well so I felt super safe. WiFi, smart tv, perfect heating & cooling. Fabulous decor. Basic essentials provided. Cozy.”

“We stayed at the Seaglass for a few days and it was perfect for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. There were snacks in a basket when we arrived - such a lovely touch. It was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella for our use so we didn’t have to bring those. It was just a short walk to the beach and the pool and we had a lovely view of both. The location was great - just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Thanks so much to our hosts for the hospitality!”
