“This property is wonderful. A short 2-3 min walk to the private access beach . We went at the close of winter /early spring and the weather was still cold for beach. There were a few small aspects that can be improved 1. The towels provided were too small . 2. The cleaning supplies such as additional trash bags / Dish soap / Paper towels / Laundry Tabs / Bath tissues were very limited to non existent (Dishwasher detergent was available). I knew that there wasn't a firepit / hot-tub but...

“The original listing when I booked said there was a futon and twin beds in room 2, but there was no futon, which put one person in our group of 5 sleeping on the couch. The place is cute with a nice fenced yard. The location, as in proximity to things, was great, but the neighborhood itself was a little run down and junky in certain areas. This particular unit and yard was definitely one of the nicest on the street. Overall, it was fine for a weekend visit, especially for the price.”

Because of this, there were some uneven flooring areas and steps indoors, which isn't an issue for most, but I do have physical limitations due to a medical disability and they were somewhat problematic. We were not given a code for the lockbox, but lucky for us our travel experience in a similar situation worked in our benefit so we were able to access the door key. “Great. Except: BIG PROBLEM with TV in living room. For some ridiculous reason, the only tv available was via streaming channels. There was no standard remote and no way to enter digits for ANY channels. Thus there was no local or national or international news available via regular TV. NO CNN, NO MSNBC, NO Fox, NO live sports. What kind of crap is that?”

“It is a quiet place, short walk to the beach. I found it has everything I needed to enjoy swiming in the ocean, sunset walking on the beach and relaxing.”
