“You can never go wrong staying at a resort in the mountains. Pyramid Lake Lodge is in great location, off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle of the Jasper townsite. Room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. What’s not to like !”

“The only disappointment was the restaurant. It was highly over rated. Burger was salty and dried out and the gluten free bun rock hard. The barley mushroom risotto very boring.”

“The location of the property is awesome. Very quiet and super clean place. Don't go to the hot tub-lots of chemicals in it. The water in the hot tub was barely warm. If you ask staff, it is inconvenient for them. Not very friendly and helpful staff. ”

“I do not know if the ladies at coffee shop on the lower ground floor are employees of Fairmont or independently run cofee shop. I thought they could do better with giving a bit of smile. The only room for improvement I would like to share from the recent stay at Jasper Park Lodge. Other than that it was 11 out of 10. ”

“Too far away from all the restaurants. Hotel was OK but not more than that. Clean and quiet.”
