The only good thing is that the place is clean. The price for this hotel is too high for what you get. There isn’t much around the area, breakfast is poor, and it’s a noisy area. I won’t stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay there and it's the best suite for this price around the area. Jersey city center is 10 min drive and NYC/Manhattan is 25 minutes drive from the property. It could be best if there is any busstop nearby for city transit. It was totally worth the price and staff was also friendly and kind. Breakfast was also good and tasty.

The paint in the jacuzzi was chipping and floating in the water. It was disgusting. When we complained we were told there were no other rooms to switch us to and we could leave and get a refund; so we left. However we were still charged and refund was denied..

We came from California to stay here for the week. It was good for the first 3 nights but then everything went wrong. There was a mouse in our room. When I called the front desk the guy laughed at me and said what was he suppose to do about it…I asked them to put us in another room and they gave us another room. When we got into the other room we were put into the jacuzzi room that we paid for. The tub in this room had paint that was peeling from the inside, the jets had dirt around them and there was hair in the tub. Later that night we saw another mouse crawling across the floor. I was terrified and didn’t sleep for the last two nights we were there. Not to mention my husband slipped and fell and cut his knee near the jacuzzi and we asked for a bandage and they told us to go down to the gas station to get one. They were not very accommodating and it was a feeling of helplessness I never want to experience again!

I stayed at this hotel and found a mouse running around my room the following morning. The hotel didn't do anything about it and tried to tell me they have good service. I reported them to the North Bergen health department.

I actually had a great stay! The breakfast was convenient in the morning and parking was good! The only thing is the water kept leaking in the bathroom ceiling hopefully they fix it soon as possible!
