“In an older apartment building, this condo is situated over the creek with views to the bridge and beyond. Everything is new and I would highly recommend.”

“Location location location! This comfortable condo is in our favorite part of Annapolis, Eastport, just across the drawbridge from Main Street, Ego Alley, and the USNA. It is a great destination for walkers (and others - free easy parking). We made use of the kitchen for a couple of dinners. There are also amazing views from the rooftop. Thanks!”

“This really is an ideal location for your pet friendly needs. Private entrance with easy access to all surrounding areas. Fueling station directly across the street before hopping on your route. The owners provide a great experience with a cozy comfortable setup. Everything was clean and smells so fresh. The little office area really helped me work remotely throughout my stay. “Good Condo in Good Neighborhood”

“The condo was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very nice, and we cooked several meals there. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (wouldn’t walk around at night) but so is most of DC. Overall, we had a great trip”

“It had a good kitchen, comfortable rooms, and overall a cute place to stay. Lots of good food around and very easy to communicate with the host.”

“A little farther out than we originally thought. Rooftop was nice. We had trouble getting the TV to work, but that is the biggest issue. Two blocks away the neighborhood is rough but we had no issues”

“Papa was a great host- very responsive to inquiries and concerns. The unit was clean and pretty well furnished. A nice addition was the complimentary shelf with things like coffee, sugar PB&J and condiments. I scored the location kind of low due to an older building w/ thin floors and noisy neighbors at night (noted in the property description- not Papa's fault).”

“The listing is just as described. We had great communication with the Property Manager who answered all of our questions timely. Check-in was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking space. The unit is so large we all had our own rooms and bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out.”

“Good stay, will defintly come back if the price stays at the same level. Pros Latch-app is gone, you get codes for the doors. 7 min walk to Metro, 5 min walk to grocerystore Clean, good pool, large Apartment and like its described. Decent price. Cons Hotels dont transfer your email, so you dont get their emails. You have to call them and update your email so that you get the info about the codes. You cant show up without the codes. ”
