“This property was fronted by the river and close to shopping and many restaurants. Fortunately for me, it was also close to the medical clinic. The staff was kind. They lent me a walking stick and returned a borrowed wheelchair for me. When we had to depart earlier in the morning, they accommodated an earlier breakfast. “The one English-speaking reception staffer was very helpful and efficient. Good breakfast and aircon. Amazing robotic toilet seat/ auto flushing etc Nice shower. What I suggest is somewhere to hang our towels if we don’t need them washed every day. It’s a new hotel so we understand the new lifts are under construction. The 2 lifts make long waits for a high rise hotel. The TV turning on every time we enter the room is annoying. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at No. 5 Valley Lodge. The staffs were so helpful and friendly. Frankie was the best. He arranged everything for us from national park tickets, meals, transportation. Anything we ever needed. They were also available through wechat at all times if we had any questions. The hotel is far from downtown (if you want to go to other destinations) but very close to Zhangjiajie NP. Highly recommend this place and we would absolutely book again if we come back. ”

“L’hotel è certamente un po’ rustico e le stanze sono abbastanza piccole, ma comunque molto caratteristico. La cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la gentilezza dello staff. Le due persone alla reception sono meravigliose, sorridenti e super disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e a casa. Abbiamo solo fatto un po’ fatica a trovare l’hotel, poiché la posizione nelle mappe del sito Expedia è sbagliata, quindi attenzione! ”
