After a thorough consultation, we realize that at the time you placed your order, the kitchen staff was overwhelmed with orders, but it’s so unfortunate that the service personnel didn’t notify you on how long you were supposed to wait. We have hired more personal since. Also its quite unfortunate that your child had to be hospitalized as a result of the allergy. As a hotel, we endeavor to fumigate all rooms and the hotel surroundings to curb the mosquito influx. Our head of housekeeping confirms that all nets had been fumigated that day and a few had been reinstalled by the time you arrived. We are sorry about the mosquito incident and I'm sure our staff was ready to relocate you to another room if they were alerted in time.
