So sorry but if you break something during your stay you will be charged for it. The bed was fine when you arrived. You never mentioned the floors until this review. I am sure that it is just beause you are angry about being charged for the bed. I charged you $149 a night for 4 people to use the apartment. I cant possibly afford to fix the bed for $125 at that price.

Mary called the second day demanding we send someone to clean the outside space. It is a screened in porch surrounded by dirt. You can clean it every day and if it rains the water just brings in the dirt. I tried explaining this to her but fell on deaf ears. Several days later she said the floors in the apartment were dirty and requested a new mop head. I provided the mop head for the steam as requested. I heard nothing else from her. We steam clean these floors multiple times and we send a person over whose sole job is to review the cleanliness. If it passes their inspection it should be acceptable. This unit passed inspection before being taken over by Mary. I am unsure what the issue is with the electrical outlets but this is the first I am hearing of it so I will send my handyman to look at it.

I do feel bad the villa behind them was having major construction done on the balcony. No one had told me but it did create a tremendous amount of dust.
