The amenity fee and parking are published on our website. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the tax. As far as the rooms, all will be completely renovated come spring of 2024. Quite a bit of effort goes into determining our rates. Like the airlines, hotel rates are based on demand, both actual and anticipated. Maui is an expensive destination and guests staying during the high season can expect to pay higher rates. A simple request and we have moved your room away from the construction. Yes, there are fire victims present here and many other hotels. My apologies if their plight was disturbing to you.
