“After being there for only 2 hours the power goes out. The owner of the hotel tells me that it will take more than 2 days to fix the issue and that my money will be returned and that I should find a new hotel. This was a horrible problem due to the fact that it was New Years and there were very few options left. Add to that I'm still having to fight the charge months after the fact. So called owner is a liar and a cheat. ”

“Undermålig frukost, beställt och betalat frukost vid bokningen, fick välja bara 2 saker från frukostmenyn, valde en toast och kaffe, men ett glas juice ingick inte för då hade de blivit 3 saker från menyn. Hotellet kunde /ville inte hjälpa till att beställa transport då jag ville resa vidare till andra sevärdheter i landet.”

“The building may have been nice 30 years ago. There was no food available inside or nearby. There was an unplugged drink cooler in the lobby full of room temperature drinks. The lobby was 93F when I arrived. The rugs were stained in my room. The bed seemed clean and the air con worked. There used to be a sink in the all in one bathroom. The bathroom was visibly dirty. “The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Nära till det mesta sevärda i Phnom Penh bl.a. till floden som leder till palatset och en massa andra trevligheter längs promenadgatan där. Central market är heller inte långt borta. Vi bokade via hotels.com men bokningen hade inte kommit fram till guest houset vilket gjorde att de var något överraskade att se oss där, trots att allt enligt hotels.com var bekräftat och klart. “This is a very beautiful property a few km outside the city of Battambang. The rooms in the front are large, very high ceilings, with a separate seating area. And there's another large building with rooms around the pool with a restaurant attached. Food is good and inexpensive. All are decorated with Khmer bas reliefs and bright colors. One of the prettiest places I've ever stayed.”
