Nice hotel and friendly staff
The hotel standard is not five star, it is more like a average four star hotel. But overall i can recommend it specially for families. They have a nice minizoo and waterpark

Fint hotell med god service
Vi är fantastiskt nöjda med allt. Trevlig service. Fint rum - vi hade rum med sunken pool. Fina kvällar och morgnar utomhus. Mycket skön säng. God mat på hotellet med bra service. Otroligt fin trädgård som de tar väl hand om. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell. Nära till många bra matställen runt omkring

Rummet vi hade under två veckor var den största med tre sovrum och vardagsrum och var perfekt för familj med 6 personer. Utsikten mot havet var bra och trädgården fantastisk. Sängarna var något hårda enligt vår smak men övrigt fungerade allt bra.

Great stay for a family.
We (family with two children) stayed in a connecting family room. Very happy with the room, pool area and breakfast. There were plenty of options and really good coffee. Very close to the beach and the beach is great. We were here three days before Christmas and the hotel was half full. We felt safe how the hotel delt with Covid. Less good was the room service. It was hard to get contact with them over the phone. The food was ok but expensive and the portions small.

Det bästa var personalen.
Det var rena kriget om solstolarna. Stolar bokades med handukar redan kl.6.00 på morgonen. Handukar försvan om någon annan ville ha solstolen.Det användes skor och kläder och många ville ha flera stolar på olika ställen runt poolerna.

Service och välkomnande var perfekt rumet var rymligt och med stor terrass. Utbudet på hotellet är bra stor fuckost buffé för alla smaker. 4 pooler av olika karaktär så det var lätt att hitta en favorit.

Super hotel on Karon beach
nice hotel with best location. Have everything. 4 pool areas, beautiful garden and long soft sand beach. Only gym needs to be updated. Some machine broken and parts missing. This hotel is special good for families.

Mycket bra hotell
Allt var perfekt med läge, service, pooler och skön säng. Det enda som finns att klaga på var att maten på buffén inte var tillräckligt varm och enformig. Det går att byta ut buffén mot en a la cart meny och den maten är suverän. Bacon till frukosten var kall och låg på ett fat, kocken fick värma den till oss.Trädgården mycket fin och sköts om bra. Den långa poolen var perfekt att simma i och lugn och ro.

Många pooler och nära bra strand
Trevligt lugnt läge med nära till bra del av stranden med skön sand utan äcklig botten. Det är inget partyställe utan passar i första hand par och i andra hand familj. En del trafik men i jämförelse med Patong beach är det väldigt lugnt. Tyvärr reserverade många gäster poolstolarna hela dagar utan att nyttja dem så ibland var det svårt att hitta plats vid poolen. Alla gäster får låna gratis badhanddukar. Hjälpsam personal. Gott kaffe i hotellets eget café som ligger lite avsides från huvudbyggnaden. Bra täckning på wif i hela hotellområdet. Provade inte all inclusive så vet inte om maten utöver frukost var bra. Fokus i Karon beach är sol och bad men det går att boka utflykter och speciellt vattenaktiviteter.

Ganska missvisande bilder, inte lika fräscht som de visar på bilderna. Rummet kändes sunkigt och hotellet var i allmänhet ganska nedgånget. Även var frukosten lämnade mer att önska, 50 % av de utsatta rätterna fanns inte på den timmen som vi satt och åt frukost. Dock ska sägas att hotellets utedelar med deras park med pooler, en poolbar, en liten enkel restaurang och ett lite massageställe är väldigt fint även om det har några år på nacken såsom resten av hotellet. Hotellets service är dock väldigt bra och närheten till stranden är också Ett pluss såklart, dock så måste man passera en ganska trafikerade väg när man ska dit.

Good: Close to the beach. Good room at the lowest level The personal at the reception was good and try to help us. Not good: After the new year party it was a lot of needle at pool area! It hurt!! The breakfast was not what we expected for a 5 star hotel, more like 3,5 max 4 stars. If we would like to have som hot water ( for tea or coffe powder) the did not heat it up so bee very careful!! After time around 09.45 ( breakfast time 06 -- 10) it was hard to get some filling of bread and fruit and a lot of more food. Change pool towels was not so Quick if we did not go to the rec..outherwise we have to wait 2-6 hours.. We will not book this Place again....

Helt ok hotell om man vill ha en lugn fin solsemester med familjen. Bra läge nära ner till stranden. Fick först ett rum nära vägen var väldigt lyhört. Hotellet var väldigt flexibla och gav ås snabb service och nytt rum. Bra service, trevlig personal.

Hotellet har potential men utnyttjar den dåligt. Jättefint poolområde och 100 meter till Karonstranden. Servicen är ok men utan engagemang. I hotellträdgården, som är mycket vacker, håller man vilda fåglar fångade i repstumpar och burar mitt i stekande solsken. Den nedsänkta Poolbaren inte bemannad mestadels av tiden. Handdukar på solstol innan åtta annars blir du utan!

Fint hotell med vacker trädgård!
Bra, stort fint rum. Vi bodde på bottenplan, vilket var toppen då vi hade lätt att ta oss ut men dessvärre väldigt lyhört och man stördes något av gäster som drog resväskor/samtalade högt under sen kväll. Jättefin trädgård med fåglar, kaniner och sköldpaddor som vår dotter på 14 månader tyckte var roligt. Fina pooler. Gymmet var ok, dock endast en crosstrainer och en trasig motionscykel i konditionsväg.

Definetly a keeper!
This hotel is soooo beautiful! We had a deluxe room with a pool view and It couldn't be better! Very nice, clean room with friendly staff. The downside is the city. Compared to other places we visited in Thailand, this was pretty small and way to expensive!

We had a lovely relaxing week away. Loved the swim out room we had, would be good if they played different songs around the pool areas rather than 5 songs on repeat for hours and some of them were not very appropriate for the setting. Also the gardens could do with some weeding. Very central to the area, easy to get around, across from the beach was nice for a quick swim or view the sunset or a morning stroll.

Classic Hotel with updated rooms
Huge hotel. Been around for many years but the rooms are updated which is good. 3 different pools all with bars offering happy hours and breakfast buffet is good quality. Beach right across the road is clean and peaceful. Short walk off the property to restaurants, stores, bars nearby. Lots of activities for kids as well, petting zoo and kids club. Good choice to stay here.

Relaxing with plenty of space
Nice gardens , good breakfast,close to everything, beach across the road plenty of shops & restaurants with in 5 mins walk reception staff very helpful especially Moo, went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything, pool area is great as is the bar JJ & A are great guys and will make sure your refreshments are at your liking, would definitely stay again
