“Comfortable studio apartment above the main residence is located in a typical, residential neighborhood about a fifteen minute walk to the beach. There are no amenities within walking distance. The adorable little town of Haleiwa is a fifteen minute drive and is full of tourist amenities. “The house is perfect for a family. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The semi private beach is incredible. we enjoyed it a lot. The beach towels are great, but the rest of the linens could be improved. We had an issue with the hot tub. It was super gross. The maintenance company for the property did not do their job. My husband spent over 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it. The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). “Loved the property. Location was great with easy walks to the resort to watch the surfers, sunrise and sunsets. Pool and beach activities all in easy distances. VERY prompt responses to all questions by management and never made us feel like our questions were stupid. Well stocked with necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would only offer to suggest an air conditioner in the kitchen. It can get warm and hard to cool due to the layout of the floor plan. Overall very happy.”
