“Perfect place for rats or any other animals who love to live in basement. In couple day's even my travel bags got mold. Local restaurant chef don't know how how to cook even basic egg. Management threats they workers like slaves. Shower works only if you pray to all god's in same time.There is plenty of other places where to stay in Nairobi. ”

“Nice hotel with very friendly staff who helped me with tour booking and transfer to/from the airport. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and was freshly cooked every morning. Unfortunately, the Wifi was weak in the room and the TV didn't work. The area is ok with shops nearby. The Nairobi National Museum is a 20 minutes' walk from the hotel.”

Dopo aver spiegato che avevamo prenotato on-line, ci è stata consegnata una stanza: non appena siamo entrate, abbiamo notato che non era stata pulita; cicche di sigarette sul pavimento, lavandino non accuratamente pulito, diversi insetti sulle lenzuola e bagno molto sporco. “DO NOT stay in this hotel. I have stayed in some flea pits in my time, but this is the worst. Like the other review, they made me pay again, saying they had no booking with Hotels.com. The price reflects it of course, but it is in a dodgy part of town, a lot of noise, nasty rooms, no toilet seat etc. But the door service is a disgrace: the door staff would not even let me me rest after an exhausting journey to sort in the morning, and I PAID twice for this miserable pit. Hotels.com please...

“The only thing that met our expectations was the excellent customer service and help we got from staff especially the manager on duty. She stayed late until 0100 am to receive us and was understanding when we told her the facility didn’t meet our expectations and reached out to owner to make sure we got charged for only one night.”
