However, we regret to hear that you encountered some challenges during your stay.We apologize for the strong PineSol smell; we understand how overwhelming it can be and will ensure that we address this issue promptly with our housekeeping staff. Your comments regarding the availability of staff and responsiveness are duly noted, and we will work on improving our communication and availability to better serve our guests. Our front desk team is available daily from 9am - 6pm and we have onsite security overnight should you need anything when the office is not open. Regarding the kitchen amenities and the quality of the dishes, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will review our inventory and upgrade where necessary to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.We're sorry to hear that the pool temperature was not to your liking. The pool is heated and we could have simply turned it up for you if we had known! Once again, we apologize for any shortcomings you experienced during your stay.
