Boendet var super bra!
Stort och rymligt boende! Vi blev överraskade pågrund av rymligheten i lägenheten och hur fint det var, vi bodde fyra stycken och hade gott om plats. Vi hade ett fint lagom stort kök där vi lagade mat tillsammans. (Diskmedel och diskmaskins tabletter fanns att använda) Städning/ bäddning/ handdukar får man varje dag, så fräscht. Personalen i receptionen var trevlig och in checkningen gick snabbt och smidigt. Receptionisten delade även ut lite information om vad man kunde göra, men också vart man kunde äta när man var i Key West. 🙂 Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera detta hotellet!

Trevligt hotell
Trevligt hotell en bit utanför Key Wests puls. Smidigt att ta sig in till Duval st mm med buss eller bil. Barnen gillade rummet och poolområdet. Vi hade kunnat stanna fler nätter. Fördel med fullt utrustat kök så man kan laga egen mat.

Kanonfint ställe.
Ett kanonfint lägenhetshotell , stora rymliga lägenheter. Vi var sex vuxna som bodde där i fyra nätter. Rejält utrustad lägenhet . Fint poolområde, kaffet var gratis. Gick att handla vissa dagar lunch i poolbaren. Middag fixa man lätt i lägenheten , fanns rejäla utegrillar på området. Nära till affär som hade det mesta i matväg och drycker. Hit kommer vi gärna fler gånger. Cyklar gick att hyra på hotellet. Fin utealtan.

Otroligt fint lägenhetshotell
Mysigt lägenhetshotell som vi verkligen rekommenderar! Fina lägenheter och en mysig veranda. Fint poolområde och strandlinje där det även gick att ta ett dopp i havet. Ingår taxi en gång/timma under em och kvällar till Key Wests centrum då hotellet låg några km utanför. Återkommer gärna:)

Jättebra lägenhet med bra utrymmen, allt finns i köket och det ena badrummet som ett spa..;) Läget däremot är så man är tvungen att ta bil eller taxi både till stränder, restauranger och affärer. Helt ok men vi trodde det var närmare...

Exakt vad vi behövde!
Detta hotell var perfekt för oss, trevlig incheckning, enkelt med parkeringen och framförallt helt perfekta lägenheter/hotellrum. Precis så stora rum som utlovats. Fräsch inredning. Poolområde med gå i djup för det minsta och väldigt avkopplande atmosfär. Balkongerna var väldigt rymliga, ca 15-20kvm! Vi stannade 9 nätter och detta är ett av det bästa ställen vi varit på, mycket prisvärt. Finns shuttle in till "stan" om man önskar, 5dollar( våra barn under 9 år var gratis). Tog ca 5min in till Duvalstreet m bil. Vi var 2 vuxna och tre barn, 4,7 och 9 år som gärna kommer tillbaka.

Outstanding service!
This hotel is nicely located next to the ocean. The rooms are spacious and the pool area looks great. The only bad thing is the location which is pretty far away from where most of the action is happening. But the thing that stands out the most at this hotel is the service! When our car broke down during our stay, the staff was truly amazing helping us getting a new car to replace the broken one! Big thanks!

Ett ord: WOW!
Vilket hotell! Stora, fräscha rum med enorma balkonger och all bekvämlighet man kan tänka sig. Bl.a platt-tv i alla rum, iphone-dockningsstationer, surroundsystem, tvättmaskin/torktumlare, spis, kyl, ismaskin och mycket mer. Hotellområdet är så otroligt fint med en egen privat brygga och en liten strand bara meter från poolen. Vid stranden ligger hotellets Tikibar som serverar mumsiga drinkar och riktigt goda luncher. Hotellet ligger ca 10 minuters bilfärd från centrum, men har shuttle-service som kostar 5$ per person, så det är inga problem att ta sig in till stan. Rekommenderas varmt!

A+ lägenhetshotell
Jag och familjen spenderade tre nätter på detta kanonhotell. Jättefina med väl tilltagna rum både till yta och kvalitet. Poolområdet uppskattades av hela familjen. Det enda negativa man säga något om är läget...man behöver bilen för att ta sig till centrum men å andra sidan så tog det fem minuter och det finns bra med parkeringsmöjligheter nere vid hamnen. Ett mycket trevligt lägenhetshotell som vi kan tänka oss att använda igen!

Mycket fint hotell med väl tilltagen standard. Utomhus Grillar, hängmattor i sanden och sackosäckar i poolen för en bekväm semester. Detta hotell rekommenderas!!!

En lugn oas
Vi är en familj på 6 personer och vi skulle gärna stannat fler dagar på detta underbara resort. Poolområdet var helt fantastiskt men tyvärr hann vi bara vara där en eftermiddag och kväll. Mycket trevligt att man kunde grilla själv vid stranden (ej badbar) Ibland simmar det förbi sjökor enligt personalen. Rummen var mycket bra med eget kök. Kan definitivt tänka oss att åka tillbaka. Lite långt till centrum men vi hade bil så det var inget problem.

Familj med 3barn som för 3dje gången kommer till detta resort , har alltid varit nöjda och denna gången blir vi så besvikna på detta ställe, speciellt hotel managern att vi bestämmer oss för att checka ut efter 1natt. Vi blev tilldelade de 2 sämsta rummen på resorten, ingen utsikt, luktade rök i rummet, rum nr 2 var placerat ovanpå pool-rummet , med ett hemskt ljud surrandes hela tiden, dåligt städat och även det illaluktande...Vi hade 11nätter bokade, vilket är många och vi kunde inte tänka oss att tillbringa värdefull semester i dessa illaluktande och mörka rum. Hotel managern erbjöd oss byte efter 1vecka, vilket skämt...Tänk att behandla tillbakavändande kunder så, vi hade även tänkt bli timeshare ägare denna gång, men detta var bara att glömma nu. Hela resorten var i jämförelse nedgången och i dåligt skick om vi jämför med tidigare år, så välj annat boende i key west.ett tack till hotels.com som hjälpte oss på ett fint sätt när vi behövde ett nytt hotell.

Detta hotel får man bara inte missa på Key West. Lungt, fridfullt och väligt fräscht och nytt allting. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

I love the quiet location, nice pool, clean and comfortable rooms, and the great food, drinks and service from Suzy Q! Our air conditioner wasn't working as well as we'd like, but that's our only complaint. Beautiful place to stay; we'll be back!

Loved the cleanliness, washer and dryer, and large rooms. Everything was great, including staff. Our only concern was parking. Didn't seem to be enough. We have handicapped plate and all spots were taken. Had to park up front.

Nice and big apartments with good kitchens and balconies. There was not much of a beach though. Pool was nice and large only it was quite shallow to a large extent.

Horrific stay!!! From arriving & having the doors closed, lights turned off.. no one working except a security.. once we spoke with him he went through paper work we had our names & confirmation done had PAID IN FULL but NO KEYS NO ROOM. Literally no ROOM! Going through All of this in the middle of the night with a small child!! after all of that they still couldn’t find our keys so we were put in a emergency room.. which we were woken up to loud noises & banging which seems to be from construction at 7am!!! about an hour or 2 after the office calls.. we have to move rooms again! With all of our stuff already in the room we had to by ourselves move everything from one side of the property to the complete other side! All way to the 3rd floor! With not one person from the hotel to help! When we finally went down to the pool we ordered food which my husband gets food poisoning from eating fish from The bar they have at the pool!!! That caused us to have to cancel our reservations at the restaurant we were going to celebrate my birthday!!! Completely ruined my birthday every single day!!! Imagine spending so much money on your birthday, driving over 5 hours to experience a horrific experience!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Hopefully someone can give me every penny back because this was the worst birthday ever thanks to HYATT VACATION CLUB AT BEACH HOUSE KEY WEST!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! BEWARE !!

The fact there was only one elevator was a bummer. We didnt find the luggage carrrier until well after we climbed all 52 stairs several times to bring all our belongings up. Our room was amazing and the view was so nice. I would definitely recommend staying here

Great family place on Key West
Accommodations were a home away from home. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Suzie Q kept everyone in pool beach area happy and well fed and watered.

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had furniture that was dated and uncomfortable. In the morning there were bugs in the kitchen sink and in the cupboard where the garbage receptacle. Not sure if they were small roaches or bug. We needed to wash all clothes when we returned home. My wife and mother in law had bug bites after the first night

Nice, comfortable and clean.
Very nice property. The rooms and pool area is both nice. The beach area is not nice. This location does not have bars and restaurants other than a little pool bar. The rooms have nice screened porches and are very comfortable. The rooms have small TV’s but overall a nice property!
