We loved every minute of our stay at Key West Villas. The hosts are amazing, and you feel welcomed from the minute they greet you at check in until the minute you leave. The Villas have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in Key West, and the location is premier! Highly recommend!

Our first visit to the States. Location could not be better. Room clean, comfy and equipped with everything you may need! We got welcomed with bottle of wine and happy hour for drinks and snacks! Hosts were very friendly and we wish them the best for future! If you're off to Key West - this is the place where you should stop at!

Perfect location supreme service
Absolutely the best service of any hotel I have ever stayed business or pleasure. Owners take great pride in providing an excellent experience. Free happy hour from 4-5 every day is quite a treat considering average drink in heart of Key west is $12-$18. Rooms are clean comfortably appointed. I would not classify rooms as luxurious but they are above average and very clean comfortable. Heated pool and hot tub are relaxing after exploring all day. Free washer dryer on site was convenient as well. If you want to be in the absolute center of Key West this is the location. 5 minute bike ride gets you to beach, southernmost point, marina district, butterfly sanctuar, etc. Duval Street is less than 1 block. Hemmingway couple blocks walk etc. No need to rent a car at this location just uber from airport $20 and rent bikes on property if needed for day. Or scooter or golf cart if that is your style. Travel to upper keys then would need a car. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa. Owners were so nice and professional. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine . Heather took us to explore the property and provided us with maps and useful information for our stay. Location is absolutely great - close to everything you want to do at the keys. The free happy hour was a plus. Kevin was very friendly and prepared us delicious sangrias. The owners are great . Thank you for the hospitality.

Just spent 5 nights at Key West Villas. What a wonderful place! They welcomed us with smiles and wine. They just thought of everything...every afternoon they have a complimentary full bar Happy Hour and they have a beautiful pool/hot tub area. The room was just perfect and the location is incredible for everything Key West has to offer. We would go back there in a heartbeat.

Charming, quaint, clean villas with a fantastic location just off Duval street. They even provide a complimentary happy hour. The pool and hot tub were great as well. Now that we discovered this gem we won’t stay anywhere else in Key West.

1st Anniversary Vacation
It was fantastic from the second we got to there to the moment we left. We were greeted with warm smiles and a drink. Happy hour is a fun time to mingle. The pool and hot tub were both a nice way to relax after a busy day! We were close to everything, so we never had to drive anywhere. There are bikes there to rent if you need. The room was very cozy and relaxing. We felt safe and secure too. I already told my husband we are coming back and staying here again. I highly recommend this place for your Key West vacation!

Best place to stay
We have been to Key Wedt a number of times and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Kevin and Heather go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Great amenities, personal touch, clean rooms and facilities and great location. Can not say enough good about it. Will stay again!

We had a quick, one night stay, but the property owners took great care of us and made us feel quite at home. The pool area was very relaxing after a long day walking around town. Highly recommend this property.

We chose the Key West Villas over a large hotel in the area and we definitely made the right choice. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed getting to know the owners everyday during happy hour as well as chatting with other guests by the pool and on the porch. The simplicity and charm of the Key West Villas is what will bring us back next time.

AMAZING!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Key West Villas. The place is just amazing--very comfortable, clean and offers everything you could want for an amazing vacation. It is located just steps from Duval Street and walkable to just about every place in old town Key West. Parking was very reasonable and easy too. We enjoyed the Shot of the Day and the free daily Happy Hour where we met so many fun people also staying at Key West Villas. Each night we all met up in to pool for a late night swim and chat. We will definitely be back and hope to make this an annual trip! Five Stars all the way around!

Best place to stay in the KEYS!!!!!
Hubby and I visited Key West for the 4th of July/our anniversary and KWV is a GEM! Upon reserving the room we instantly received a text thanking us for our reservation and checking in if we needed parking/estimated arrival time. Fast forward to the day of check-in, Kevin (one of the owners) met us in the parking lot to give us our parking pass, checked us in and gave us the run down of all of their amenities and all I can say is WOW! They offer FREE bottle of wine with check-in, FREE daily breakfast (coffee, muffins, fruit, waffles, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, etc), FREE snacks & drinks in office from 11-3pm daily, FREE happy hour with a full bar from 4-5pm daily (with specialty shot of the day) plus on-site laundry, beach towels, a beautiful pool/hot tub, ice chest full of cold waters and rooms that are spacious, clean and comfortable. I almost hesitate to write this review because this place is so fabulous and I don't want to let the secret out! Overall I can't recommend this place enough and will be back as soon as we can!

Amazing Experience Overall.
This was by far the best stay I have had. The mom and pop’s type of vibe made me feel like I was at home from the second we arrived and even before with their welcome text messages which were definitely not automative. What makes the experience even better is how clean and pretty the place was with the added bonus of being surrounded by friendly neighbors.

Wonderful stay for our small family (parents with a baby)! Friendly proprietors with breakfast in the am, snacks available throughout the day, and happy hour in the evening. Great place to relax and a good launching point for walking around Key West. Would stay again!

I visited key west villas on a trip for my dad’s 81st birthday. I wanted to have a room that had the ability to give my dad and I privacy yet we were still able to hang out together. We reserved the loft and it was perfect. We had our privacy and we had a kitchenette too! The room was very clean and the couple that own the villas were so very sweet! They even left my dad a small bottle of champagne and a card for his birthday! They have a breakfast in the morning with bagels and Jared boiled eggs, coffee, teas, juices and snacks that is well stocked and happy hour with a range of drinks. The villas are walking distance to Duval St, yet it is off the main strip to where it is nice and quiet. Overall I would love to go back to key west villas and I highly recommend them to anyone traveling to key west
