An average hotel next time!
NYAH - Not Your Average Hotel. That's true! Extra charge for various things. They advertise that there is parking available but that is semi true. If you can't find a free parking on your own in the vicinity you have to drive to a parking site where you have t o pick up your car at latest 9AM to prevent another charge. We were early and couldn't check in and weren't offered to leave our luggage at the hotel while waiting. We asked for directions and if they could point out the hotel on a map for us. Their body language made us understand that they didn't have much interest in helping out.

Great hostel/hotel. I stayed in a dorm, and albeit being more pricey than an average hostel it is definitely worth the money! Rooms are super clean, beds very comfortable, nice breakfast, free tea & coffee, great staff, lovely rooftop, hot tub & pools! As an additional plus the common innergarden/pool area definitely facilitated socializing - so a great spot for solo travelers.

Would definitely stay here again. Room could use a little cosmetic help but it was clean and fine for us. Super close to harbor, friendly staff and great common areas.

I was on a motorcycle ride with 3 friends and this was a perfect place to spend the night after a long ride. Breakfast was good and the pool was wonderful.

Love the design of this place! Our room was so spacious. The property is beautiful and comfortable. Only thing I would recommend is installing a better mirror in or near the restroom in our private room.

This is definitely not your average hotel! It was clean and affordable. The comp breakfast was good. The staff were excellent and kindly offered to store our bags after checkout until ferry time. We were in an attic room. The a/c worked fine. The handrails up the stairs need attention as were broken in places. The hot tub was enjoyable. The hand shower holder was broken but water was hot and adequate. It would have been nice to have at least one chair in the room. Otherwise the room was adequate for a short stay. This is definitely an affordable alternative to accommodation in Key West. It was a short 4 block walk to Dival street. We tried many restaurants on Dival music wherever there was live music. The best was the early afternoon set at the “stinking crawfish on Duval Street.

There needs to be an understanding that chairs in front of a room that is not theirs are not common areas for people to be loud and hang out until late at night. There was a lack of window coverage for our bathroom where these people would sit and drink all afternoon and night and we felt uncomfortable showering etc. The pools are amazing so overall it was really nice!

We picked the property because it met our primary needs: affordable, two beds, and a hot tub.... This property delivered. The front staff was welcoming....the housekeeping staff was less than ...like there was literally none...but we are fairly neat and tidy and it was no bother. Will definitely return. We rented a private room with a bunk. There is a power outlet and light at each bed. The Starbucks coffee is a nice touch and the drink prices were much cheaper than anything on Duval. We did pregame at the hotel bar a time or two.

The only downside is you can hear all the noise like where the other rooms open and close and when people are walking. However, love the fact that we were able to use the pool until at late night hrs. Everything is accessible. They need to renovate the shower head.

Cancelation policy cost me a lot of money. Canceling a month in advance will cost you 5 months out of the year. With the 30 day cancellation policy will cost you. Not flexible at all for 1 day miss. Disappointed in hotel and Expedia. Disappointed enough to not want to go to hotel or keywest again. Switching me and company use from Expedia to other booking app.
